I've searched the threads regarding the "improvements" on the 2025 Badlands and found out the following. The accent color is no longer orange, it is now beige, but only on the leather seat option. With the leather seat option, there is a carpeted floor? It now comes with a better, painted top. Either body colored or black. A better B & O sound system (is this true?). Better interior lighting. Rear AC vents. Optional HOSS 3.0 suspension. Can someone who has a 2025 Badlands Sasquatch with the HOSS 3.0 confirm any of this? Also, How does the suspension on the 2024 Badlands non Sasquatch compare to the 2025 Badlands Sasquatch HOSS 3.0? Ride height? Ride quality? Is it worth getting the 3.0 vs. standard 2.0 and getting aftermarket coil overs? I had a 2024 Badland non Sasquatch with a zone level kit installed with 35" Falken Wildpeaks. The ride was good, but could have used another 1" to 1 1/2" lift to make it perfect. Will the HOSS 3.0 accomplish this or is it identical to the 2.0 height wise? Still low in the front or more level? I know there are a lot of questions, but before I spend close to 70K again, I want to be more informed.

3.0 with Ford Fox shocks are same ride height as standard SAS, not higher.
I put the Ford Fox wildtrak takeoffs on my SAS Everglades and the ride is softer where you want it to be. Much nicer, worth my $500.
It lowered my Everglades by 1” but that’s ok.

For the 2025 $price of SAS and the Fox upgrade I would not do it. I’d get the non SAS Badlands and add aftermarket lifted coil-overs, wheels/tires.

Badlands with leather had carpet in ‘24 model and still does for ‘25. Don’t want carpet get the vinyl seats.
You can get 3 hard top choices in ‘25. mic, color match or black paint.
‘25 Rear center console ac is only in auto trans, not manual.

Correct. If you order the vinyl seats it's a dark grey (basically black). Leather seats is a beige/tan color.
With the leather seat option, there is a carpeted floor?
Yes
It now comes with a better, painted top. Either body colored or black.
Only if you option it that way, it's not a standard option. (And the black painted top was also available last year for 2024.)
A better B & O sound system (is this true?)
Yes. Two of the speakers have been swapped out for coaxials and the amplifier is improved.
Better interior lighting. Rear AC vents. Optional HOSS 3.0 suspension.
Yes, maybe, and yes.

The interior lighting improvements is largely limited to the rear cargo area, there's just an extra light that wasn't there in previous model years.

Rear AC vents is limited to 4-door automatic only. Manual transmission configs, and all 2-door configs do not have those vents.
Ride height is roughly the same, but quality is improved in my opinion.

Whether you get HOSS 3.0 or aftermarket is largely personal opinion. HOSS 3.0 is absolutely an improvement, but there are better (and much more expensive) aftermarket options. Obviously one of the big benefits of getting HOSS 3.0 is it is covered by the factory warranty.

There is still a very slight forward rake, so if you're the type that likes a completely level look, you'll probably still need a leveling kit.

I'm going with the 2.7 and auto trans. like my 2024 so the 2025 will have rear AC vents. No height gain on the HOSS 3.0. It actually, lowered you Everglades?

Guessing it's because of 200# winch set up hanging off the front bumper.

Yes it lowered my Everglades but remember the Everglades has a lot of extra equipment weight the wildtrak does not. Also I added used Fox with an estimate of 4000 miles to my 500 mile Everglades that the springs may not have settled yet.
I suspect Ford has a different spring rate on the Fox package for the Badlands than it did for the Wildtrak.
factory new Blisten SAS and Fox SAS should have the same ride height. Only way you’re getting higher is aftermarket.

With the HOSS 3.0, what would the BEST way to raise the rear 1" with a slight rake to the front, maybe 1/2" higher in the rear. Best way, not the cheapest way.

Eibach pro-lift kit springs. That’s almost exactly what it does. It comes in a kit of all 4 springs but you can choose to just put the rear or front springs on as desired. I only put the fronts on my H3.0 Wildtrak and it raised the front only by about 1.5-2” which was level with a #200 lb winch on the front. It doesn’t change much else regarding ride or feel as long as you get an alignment after. Just the rears would probably raise the back up about 1”.

Really, beige accent colour, could they not have gone with at least a shade of grey?

Well, I did it. I found a 2025 Badlands that checked off all the boxes. 2025 Badlands 2.7L, Sasquatch with the HOSS 3.0, Azure Gray, leather seats, painted hard top. I had my 2024 Badlands 2.7L, Non Sasquatch, white, marine grade seats and MIC hard top for a little over a year before it was rear ended and totaled out. I've only driven the 2025 about 30 miles so far but the noticeable differences are: The 4.7 gearing is barely noticeable. The Fox suspension is more "plush" around town. The painted top is quieter. The stereo is better. The new dash is 1000% better. The rear AC vents are a plus. The leather seats are better. Carpeted floor is quieter. My 2024 had a rubber floor with carpeted floor mats that I did not care for. I just ordered weather proof floor mats like I have in my F150, which I prefer. I was able to swap out my Method wheels/Falkens tires, grab handles, front shackles, pneumatic hood struts, console lid cover, and rear cargo area mat. The only thing I was unable to swap over was my Console Safe. The 2025 console is different due to the AC duct at the bottom. I will put some more miles on it to compare the driving characteristics to the 2024.

Congrats.

That was a really quick turn-around following the accident.
