I’ve been told by a good ford tech friend with EBB if you disconnect the battery you can stand on the brake pedal with both feet and it won’t do anything. Showed me a diagram, just an air chamber and pressure sensor, no fail safe, nothing physically connecting pedal to brakes. While it’s becoming more common, it should be illegal in our opinions.

Well, I’m guessing moving with a disconnected battery is a liability for a whole lot of reasons with a lot of computer-assisted vehicles in year of the Lord 2025, and I too often yearn for the simpler years of just gears, grease and a couple of wires. But my peace with it is you can either fight technology as it develops or not. Few things are 100% improvements with no downside. I’m no expert, but my understanding is that EBB systems tie more fully into anti-collision driver assist tech and are less of a maintenance issue with no vac pump, hoses, etc. Obviously EBB was developed for vehicles without combustion engines, but not sure that makes it bad. Generally braking performance testing is better with EBB vs vacuum. So, as you state, maybe a risk with a disconnected battery, but maybe, when working as designed, helps you not hit something or someone. Which scenario is more likely?

3) Good, definitely: The HOSS 3.0 Fox shocks package now available as an option on BL (not sure if this was the case before, but I think not).
You can't get the HOSS 3.0 Fox Shocks Package without getting the Sasquatch Package.
(yes, you ordered yours with Sasquatch Package, but I just wanted to make it clear to those ppl who might not want Sasquatch)

Do all Badlands come with the dashboard pad stitching or just Lux package?

The B&O system is disappointing, however, it does set you up to install the most excellent MoBridge DSP/AMP which is amazing!
Ford did add a couple of speakers for 2025 for a total of 12 speakers for the B&O system. I have not heard how much better it sounds but I would hope that it sounds better than the 10 speaker system at the very least.

I’ve done a bit of music production so I’ll give it a good test when I have the vehicle and post thoughts here. I’m sure it’s not going to compete with the best aftermarket booming systems, but we’ll see how accurate it sounds via studio monitors. An improved sub/mid response might make a lot of difference at non-extreme volume.
