Yes, yes it does. I have it installed on my '25 2.3L.

S&B is working on theirs still. They have been very slow with rollout. I'm still waiting for backordered one for the Whipple version for my F-150 I ordered in October. I prefer their intakes over the rest, and always go with a dry filter.
