Anyone know if the 2024 model will be refresh? Hybrid? New features? I know the 2023 hasn’t come out yet but it appears very few changes except for colors.

Yes, there will be a hybrid, est. MPG ~23. 40 inch tires will be standard on Sasquatch. Supposedly the wildtrak will come with a 1200 watt microwave, actually making the wildtrak worth something. Optional 6x6 trim too.

In all seriousness, no one knows man. Ford can’t even figure out how to ship all of the 21 models yet. Let alone think about a year from now.

I'd think they'd push the refresh out more than usual. Demand is still through the roof and will remain there for a long time so there's no need to pump up the excitement with updates.

I'm all for a 10 year cycle. More parts for me later!

Tremor in 2024. King Ranch in 2025. Eddie Bauer in 2026 to commemorate 30th anniversary of last Eddie Bauer.

How can they make changes? How about a few years of just making enough for people who want them? Maybe the they should refresh their production and customer service.

IMO 2023 will be about catching up with orders and they will use MY24 and MY25 to produce as much as possible with no changes. Get the most out of the current design.

Don't look for a hybrid until the MY after the Ranger has it.

The above and $5.00 will get you a gallon of regular gas.

My concern with a refresh is they screw up the design. Case & point, is the newer generation Camaro. I had one in 2013 and loved that body style. As they "refreshed" it, it got worse and worse (IMO).

I hope Ford balances things out because it's good to tweak and refresh things, but we don't need to be stale like Jeep or the G-Wagon...

They key will be to see if anything comes of these F-150/Ranger/Maverick “Thunder” vehicles. We don’t know what those are, but good chance any hybrid power plant Ford comes up with for the Ranger will be well suited for the Bronco.
Ford just applied for IP protection in Europe for "Maverick Lightning" and "Ranger Lightning"

I have no interest in a normal hybrid, though a PHEV would be interesting. Unfortunately, zero chance that one would be a stick shift. A pure Maverick EV (as long as it had a single speed transmission) would be pretty cool though.

The other thing is, Ford barely found room to put in a rediculously small gas tank as it is, don't know how they would fit hybrid components onto a Bronco.

What about a POWERBOOST ? That would make a awesome OFF ROAD VEHICLE !!!

On the other hand, sometimes vehicles get better with age. For example, The early F-body camaros were pretty butt ugly, but the late 80/90s body gfx made that car sexy as fuck.

Or looking at Ford, the SN95 mustangs looked god awful in the 90s, but the New Edge refresh in the 2000s totally saved the design.

I’m of this opinion too. And they need to refine what they have at this point., not create more liability.
