2024 Bronco ProCal4 "Registry error"

After downloading the latest software update for the 2024 ProCal4, my device is now showing a "registry error" when I hook it up to my computer. I'm working with engineering and the tech hotline to get it sorted out before I attempt to tune my vehicle. Apparently, there is a glitch in their system that's causing this to happen. Has anyone else run into this issue yet? I'd really like to get this tune on and see how it performs but don't want to mess anything up at the same time.

Mine says "calibration not found" error 1. I was told by Ford Performance it was a glitch that they were aware of and their engineers were working on. Now I just have to sit and wait to hear back from them. It has been almost 2 weeks now and nothing. I own a $750 paperweight right now. ugh.

Yeah, I went through about a week or so of talking with them. They just sent an email today advising me to run an update and to proceed with the tune. I'm now showing 1 credit available so I'll try installing tomorrow. I'll keep you posted.

Registry error has been solved by the hotline engineer and tuning was successful. Better power over the entire rpm range, cleared up the low speed surging issue that I had, went from approx. 18.1 psi boost to about 22.2. Nice shifting. So far, I'm happy with it!
