2 door hard top panel windows leak

i noticed that this is a recall issue and called my dealer to get this fixed. They said my car is not on the recall list and I would have to pay for this. I told them well if its not a recall, it should be covered under warranty. They told me no its not covered under warranty and proceeded to tell me I have to pay out of pocket. How do I get my VIN on the recall list for this issue? Id like my car to stop leaking rainwater and smelling like still water the next day.

How many miles do you have? It should be covered under the 3yr/36 bumper to bumper. You can't "add" your truck to the recall, not how it works.
