2 Door Bronco Loses Big

To me the two door is the only thing that exists. I wanted it the minute it was announced, confirmed when they had one in Buena Vista last September and love the idea of a modular top.

Ordered a 4 door but agree that the 2 door looks much better in all trim levels. I feel for you 2 door folks you got the royal shaft in this deal for sure.

I had no idea I was lucky as I am to have received mine, feels like I have a unicorn. Though mine has had some issues and will be getting a new top at least I have it.

It’s stupid how good a two door Sasquatch looks. Esp with all gloss black accents. Maybe I shouldn’t change to a 4D…

Surely 2 door orders will benefit from all the 4 doors switching to soft top, and the fact they are only available in MIC. The faq does say 2 door mic will continue for ‘21

Will continue if already scheduled though correct? There's been very few 2 doors scheduled from what I'm gathering.

ah ye just read it again! Although not entirely clear that seems to be what they mean. So only mics that are still to be scheduled for 21 are fe? Is that what we are saying?

Yep, if you're a 2 door with no vin before today, you're not getting a 21'.

I agree this sucks BUT I don't want a 4-door and hate the look of the soft top . I will impatiently wait until I can get what I want. I will also support the after market so my garage is full of everything I want to make my Bronco my way whenever it arrives. The two-door crew definitely got screwed. Either you have one with a crappy top that will fail at some point or we wait . Just not a great day for us 2-door folks.

I have a 2 door base, 2.3L, MT that I reserved on 7/24/20, ordered on 1/27/21. I got a VIN and build date of 8/23. Last week it moved to 8/30. Then within 24 hours it got moved to 9/27.

If I squint my eyes just right and read the FAQ, it looks like I just might get my Bronco in October or November.

To give a bit more perspective, my Oct 1 reservation (at 12:05 am) places me in the 640's on the Granger list.

I expect those good folks at Granger will be as busy as a one legged man in an ass kicking contest when Ford get up to full speed. It should be interesting to see how they handle the volume.
