Hello,
For starter, I did not purchase this truck or I would have opted for a 4-door Sasquatch. This truck belonged to my wife and I simply took it over as she’s a new owner of a Tesla now. I was actually in the market for a 4Runner but this bronco will do.
I am looking to bring this truck in to an off-road custom shop to get some exterior work done.
-35 in tires,
-Wild track steel bumper
-led oem taillights (non raptor)
-side step
-2 inch lift (debating bw spacers or coilovers as the stocks are still good)
-black out the front grille (currently silver)

the attached pic is how I ultimately want it.

how much would I be looking at for these upgrades?
I am not going to re-gear fwiw.

Somewhere around 7 grand (depending on lift) for a shop to do it with new parts…but you do you…

Regarding the lift, parts can be as cheap as under $200 if you do something like a 2" front and 1" rear spacer to lift and level the Bronco. If it is simply a top hat spacer, you can most likely find a shop to install them for only a few hundred dollars. Bilstein 5100s are available for $600 and are typically considered to be a better option than doing a spacer lift, but do require the factory spring to be compressed and then installed on the 5100s, so labor may cost around $1k.

Congrats on the Tesla!

And congrats on taking over the Bronco. You may want 4, but 2 is the correct number of doors, so you should feel good about that!

Also, while its good to have a vision of where you want it to be, posting pics of what it currently looks like would be helpful.

35" tires: the prices will vary a lot based on the selected tire and wheels. You can get a close estimate with places like Tire Rack and Discount Tire for cost. To potentially save a few bucks, I'd recommend watching the Marketplace on these forums or elsewhere for take offs.

Bumper: you say Wildtrak, but I think you mean the modular bumper, which is available on most trims as an option. Again, a used take off is going to save you a lot of money. But don't overlook some of the aftermarket bumpers available. Especially if buying new, they will possibly be less than buying the modular from Ford.

Taillights: switching from standard to 'signature led' is rarely plug-n-play. Do some research on these forums to find out what all is involved. Avoid aftermarket led lights, if possible. Every single company that sells them has had at least some problems. Sometimes they work for awhile, then randomly stop working, and you won't necessarily know right away.

Side Step: assuming you have no existing steps or rock rails. There are a lot of choices. The ones you pictured appear to be aftermarket, so pricing should be on their site. Unless you're only wanting those, steps are another item that can be gotten 'gently used' for a big discount if you're patient. If off roading, rock rails may be more important than steps. It's hard to beat the oem sliders, and there are add-on steps (IAG) for them that can be quickly removed when going on trails.

2" Lift: will you actually be using it off road? How difficult of trails? If it's just for looks and to avoid rubbing, go for spacers/top hats, or a 'leveling kit'. If more than looks, you'll be happier long term by doing upgraded suspension now.

Grill: you could paint yours. Or have it painted. There's several hours of prep work involved in that, so can get expensive to have it done professionally. Some Bronco trims come with a black grill, so swapping is an option. But it will be gloss black and you appear to be after a matte finish.

To pull it into a shop and get all of that done professionally with new parts...if the final bill is under $10k consider yourself lucky. Sourcing used parts and doing some of the work yourself will cut that in half, at least.

Good Luck!
