Ford decided to give the dealers a perk, about 5% of the 2021 model year production was granted to the dealers as 'priority orders', it means they can choose to sell or give away a jump to the front of the line, regardless of when their reservation was time stamped. It is different than the order priority code you have above. Your dealer may have jumped you in front of everyone (well, 95% of them) in the Country who reserved before you.

I'm curious about this. I think this must be what happened with me, but my dealer says they didn't do anything different.

My order is a strategic list of what I thought was available at the time. But my res was in April, 2021. There are only four build dates for my dealer and they seemed surprised that I'm one of them. They said it is just the build option list.

What else do you know about these priority orders?

July 17th Reservation. Originally got a production email for the week of July 19th. But when I called the Bronco Team, they were able to give me the exact day (July 23rd).

Congratulations, I’m so happy for you just wish I could figure out the method to their madness on who gets built when. I’m sure the 2Dr sas is what’s getting me but that’s all I have and I’m guessing that region is figuring into it some.

From my sources, I’ve heard that the parts constraints are in this order:

1. MIC Top (which includes all 2-Doors)
2. Tow Package
3. Safari Bar (might be off list soon)
4. Sasquatch
5. 2.7L (will get higher on list soon)
6. Lux Package

I was only 1 for 6 on that list. I’m assuming the less you have on that list, the earlier you can be scheduled.

My original Ford email said my build week was 6/28. After the MAP shutdown announcement my salesperson let me know I was pushed back to the week of 7/12. I called the Ford customer support number Monday and they said I'm currently pushed to the week of 8/2. I guess I should be happy I at least have a VIN.

i have a day one reservation and was the first reservation at my dealer but idk.

Neither, but that's a whole long story about a system that I don't completely understand.

2 door black diamond base pkg 9/14/20 reservation

Unfortunately I want the painted mod top so I’m at 99 status. I’ve been thinking about switching to the MIC top, the grey on race red doesn’t look as good as red n black to me.
