My dealer is in Des Moines, but the CSX phone line says my railcar has been received by the customer in Omaha. Only 2 hours away, but I figured it would be on the rail all the way to Des Moines.

Palsapp still shows pending with no info. Hopeful it'll show up at the dealer by the end of the week.

Man your dealer is a lot more resourceful than mine. My tracker says In Production and my dealer says he can’t anything more than that

I talked to the guy at the dealership who does everything with vehicle delivery's and tracking and all that so he was quite knowledgeable about the whole thing. My salesman said "I don't deal with the delivery / tracking aspect but joe over there does" and had him come over and talk to me.

So far I really like this dealership It's the first time I've dealt with them and one of the other salesmen ( who's also on my FB ) Went to school with my brother and was aware of all the issues I had with the other dealership I had first gone to.

Delivery was supposed to be today. Rather than sit around hitting refresh, I decided to call and check with Ford. "Awaiting shipment", and bumped yet again. New date is 3/13. Current lease expires on 3/17. I'm about to get , aren't I?

Update: Called again to see if I can get any more specifics, since it's looking more and more like I may have to arrange a rental (or just give up), and was told the new 3/13 date will likely be delayed again in the future. Can't tell me anything more than it's just sitting there waiting for a truck.

My dealer said the same thing. Been in production since 2/21/22 . So I just called Ford support to get a update as to why. They said they didn’t see any issues and that it just needs to update ??? Also said my EDD was still 3/16 which what it was before they removed them

Mine is just waiting on a truck too and it’s driving Me crazy eta is still 3-10 thru 3-16 hopefully it holds true!

So just spoke with 800 lady and she again told me that mine is In Production with an “end date” scheduled for March 22. I asked her to clarify what that meant and she said delivery to dealer. Unfortunately I do not think that’s possible given it hasn’t shipped and will be delivered by rail to AL.

how long did it take to get to texas? does it travel thru South carolina ?
