We’re excited to officially roll out our IAG Off-Road Pinch Weld Covers for the 2021+ Ford Bronco, now available for both 2-door and 4-door models.

These are now made in-house here in the USA and designed to clean up one of the most overlooked areas on the Bronco while adding real protection.

Ford Bronco NEW PRODUCT – IAG Off-Road Bronco Pinch Weld Covers (2-Door & 4-Door) 1768914960531-3u

PROTECTION + FINISHED LOOK
From the factory, Gen 6 Broncos come with exposed pinch welds that leave the rocker area looking unfinished and vulnerable to road debris, corrosion, and trail damage—especially on Broncos without factory rock rails.

The IAG Pinch Weld Covers:

  • Clean up the exposed seams
  • Add a finished, OEM+ look
  • Provide a protective barrier against dirt, rocks, salt, and debris
Designed specifically for 2021+ Ford Bronco 2-door and 4-door models.

MADE IN-HOUSE. BUILT TO LAST.
Each set is:

  • CNC cut from 11-gauge aluminum
  • Powder coated black to resist scratches, rust, and corrosion
  • Aluminum construction means no rust issues long-term
  • Finished with a laser-cut IAG logo for a subtle branded touch
Ford Bronco NEW PRODUCT – IAG Off-Road Bronco Pinch Weld Covers (2-Door & 4-Door) 1768915040654-p4

HIDDEN HARDWARE – CLEAN INSTALL
We designed these with a clean, streamlined appearance in mind:

  • All primary fasteners are fully hidden on the back side
  • Logo plate hardware is minimal and positioned to blend in, not stand out

QUICK & EASY INSTALL (NO DRILLING)
Install takes about 15 minutes:

  • Uses existing factory pinch weld holes
  • No drilling, no cutting, no special tools
  • Basic hand tools only
  • Bolt-on and reversible

If you’ve been looking for a clean way to protect and finish off your Bronco’s rocker area, this is a simple mod that makes a big visual difference.

I love this. Can you update to confirm what they work with? E.g. OEM rock rails, AMP Research Power Steps, etc.

I would say no with the OEM rock rails. But you could mod them possibly by drilling out where OEM mounts go. Have to look at mine.

They will not work with OE rock rail,s and to be honest, the rock rail hides most of the pinch weld anyway. They will work with the OEM steps that come on the Outerbanks and a few other models. We haven't tested them with the AMP Research boards, but looking at the instructions, it appears that they would work. Essentially, if the steps mount through the pinch weld, they will not work. Anything mounted to the body or frame under the truck should be good to go!

Wouldn't dirt, salt etc collect behind them leading to corrosion?

The factory pinch weld is completely exposed, leading to direct impacts and spray. As with anything, washing the vehicle thoroughly after exposure to salt or dirt is always recommended and would eliminate any concern after installing the covers.

Nice, I just might get this one. I don't want steps or sliders, but it would be nice to have the pinch weld covered up.

Personally, I see these as a cosmetic upgrade, and I'm interested. But curious, what about these is "off-road"?
They are IAG Off-Road, Pinch Weld Covers not IAG, Off-Road Pinch Weld Covers. 🙃
