I hope you hear something soon. I now have a Placed at Customer Location. Maybe they are together?

Probably not. Why would you have a rail car number, but I don't? I believe you barely made the cutoff, and many of us are stuck because the rail company doesn't have enough capacity to pick up the shipment. Hence why the status is 'In-Transit' but no rail car number exists.

Mine made it onto a rail car on 12/5. Last I heard it left Friona TX (2 days ago) but haven’t heard anything since! Driving me crazy

No news since built email on 12/8. Shipping via convoy 2.5 hrs away from MAP to Mid-Michigan. So when it goes it will be delivered same day. I guess it’s still possible but I’m losing hope that it will be this week.

I’m at Fred Beans Exton. I didn’t get price protection since I changed my trim but it’s a lower price than what my previous build was. But we already started some of the paper work so hoping for a quick and painless Saturday

Rail car is Empty and has been released by customer.

I stopped checking the CSX line once it arrived at the rail yard, but then I saw this update! Checked just now and my rail car was empty as of 4:00 or so today! Another step, and a good indication that it was probably still on the rail car when the tornados went through. Phew!

My dealer finally provided a tiny tidbit of useful information. Said it usually takes a week from arrival at the rail yard until it shows up at the dealer. That was all he offered, and didn't have (or more likely didn't want to provide) any additional information about how that process works.

I was listening to the traffic report today on the way home from work. There was an 18 wheeler fire a couple exits before my dealer, headed in the direction from the rail yard to dealer. I almost had myself convinced the fire was the transporter that had my Bronco on it (my luck). Now I know it wasn't!

My dealership is in South Jersey, 15 miles from Philly.
I was given 2 rail car #s: BNSF 300182 and 300183.
One showed empty in Cleveland OH.
The other shows it's been and still sitting in Walbridge OH.
It's been over a week and had only made it 100 miles then backtracked to 60.
Also, if it went to Cleveland first then to Walbridge, it went the wrong direction???
I am hoping both dealer and Ford Chat have the wrong rail car #s, as hope springs eternal.

But... does anyone know if a dual top could cause a delay in shipping?

I have dual tops as well. My rail car has been in Delaware since the 14th. It's slowly changing status (AVPL, GOUND ONLY, PCON, ACTUAL PLACEMENT). It just got to actual placement this morning. Before that it said it departed Delaware which had me concerned. Who knows how these trains move around. They could be going all over the place picking up new rail cars or dropping them off before they get to your final destination. And hey, if you have two rail car #s, maybe you have two broncos lol BOGO sale

My rail car was emptied and released last night. Now watching United Road for updates. Last conversation with the dealer was that they were expecting it to arrive on the 19th. Seems possible.

I've been in Delaware too for a few days. The United Road site still says that it was supposed to be delivered to the dealer on 12/14, but it still shows as pending pickup. Hopefully they get picked up and delivered to the dealers soon.
