11/28/2022 Build Week

Just got off Ford Chat and they told me I'm getting built on the 30th!

My WS shows a blend date of 11/28, but Ford Chat told me 12/1. Regardless, I'm just hoping it's built soon and doesn't wind up on a chip hold and part of the MY 23 ice mountain.

Is it normal to get this message when trying to access Ford chat:

"Our live chat operators are assisting other customers. Please close this window and try again at another time."

I can't ever seem to get a Ford rep. It's always, "try again at another time."

Mine did to. I think it means they are putting ours into the system to get ready for after the Thanksgiving break

After thanksgiving is a great build week - all the workers will be rested and happy.
** the tracker hasnt changed my status - just says the same old thing "info not avaliable"
I really wanted the week after thanksgiving build - specifically because I felt the factory workers would be more happy! haha!!

I got bumped from original build week of 11/14 to 11/28, then to 12/12 with 2 emails from Ford stating there's been a change in production date. Read this thread today how people were get pulled back. I checked the Order Tracker, now have a window sticker and build week of 11/21, blend date of 11/23 for my NON-SAS Black Diamond!! What a roller coaster ride!!

just chatted with Ford. I was originally scheduled for build date of 11/29 and I verified with dealer on Monday. Now with all the updated news posted here I checked with chat and they gave me a 12/3 build date.

Does the plant run Saturdays and Sundays?
