Why wouldn’t that have been rolled into the sale of your Bronco? That’s generally what happens with that money unless I’m just clearly missing something.

Deposit is applied to the cost of the vehicle. You normally do not get a deposit back unless you don't get what you ordered.

Deducting $100 off the price on the sales paperwork takes like “ zero” effort. The dealer in your case was hoping you forgot about the $100 deposit. Now that you haven’t, they gave you the “ check is in the mail” excuse and are hoping you will forget all about it.

Mine wasn't applied to my purchase. In fact, my dealership told me they've not seen a single customer get that deposit refunded by Ford. My guess is it's the dealership that's confused here. I plan to call Ford about that as well as my 22.5 price protection, which I also have not yet seen rebated.

For the low cost of $100, you too can make sure that a dealer does not go hungry.

FWIW, mine was applied in my purchase order without me even having to bring it up.

The credit card I used to place the deposit was credited within a week of converting my reservation

Asked my dealer about this each time we agreed on price. Each time he said he thought it would be in Ford points.

It shows in the back door summary, but the $500 deposit only says $100.

I don’t trust anything until I walk out with the keys.
