02/28/22 Build Week Thread

Mine just arrived in Plainfield, IL. Dealer called. No emails.
I was a 3/5/22 build. Chat indicated my ETA was 3/13/22 (Sunday).
So a bit ahead of schedule.

awesome! im in Milwaukee and hoping that means my 3/1 built vehicle will be here soon. dealer told me between yesterday and Monday, kinda hoping i get it before the weekend.

Happy for you! ETA in this context is very different than what was discussed earlier, and this gives me hope. Aside from production emails, did you receive a 'baby born' photo?

Hi 2/28 group. I'm with you all and have a 3/2 blend. Nothing has been updated and I'm on "rail" because of being Oregon. On another thread I found this link

I put in my VIN and it has a Load Number, which I hoped meant a delivery was happening. I called the customer line and was unfortunately told they don't have the vehicle yet, but Ford has initiated a potential delivery. She confirmed Ford has not released my 3/2 blend yet.

Huh. Worked for me as well. Gives load number as well as Destination (my dealership). It is something I guess. Thanks.

Reached out to my dealer about my 2/28 Build Week, 3/1 Blend Date and still “IN PRODUCTION” from Ford.

“I still show it as "produced". This means it is built but has not been released yet. Could be waiting on QC which I see quite often, or it could be waiting for a chip. I dont have any insight on what the hold up is at this point, but I will continue to monitor your order.”

Please don’t be a chip, I’d rather QC looking at it for a week

Contacted my dealer and his computer says produced but still in production. It also says" In Plant". I wonder what "IN PLANT" means?

Any fellow Texans with a 3/1 blend date got an estimated delivery date?
Mine changed to shipped last week, and dealer and ford both gave me an estimated delivery date of 3/20-26.
I also ordered a Maverick for my mother, and her built date was a few days after mine (3/8).
she also has an expected delivery date of 3/20-26.
(Wonder if they end up on the same train?)
She actually got an email from Ford when her Maverick was built, and another when it shipped.
The last email I got regarding my Bronco was when they changed the production week to 2/28...

I’m starting to see a trend here. Maybe the other person who suggested they are waiting until they can fill a western rail car was right? Wish they would just tell us

Im in AZ also. I can you give you the timeline I have seen for mine so far. My blend was originally 1/31, the build stopped until 2/14 when they shut the Plant down. I was listed as Built on 2/20. The railcar left MAP on 2/23, it spent around 5-6 days in Ohio, Indiana and Illinois then straight through Missouri, Kansas, New Mexico and down from Flagstaff in AZ. They shipped mine via BNSF, not Union Pacific once it transferred from CSX. It Arrived at the Railyard in El Mirage AZ on Sunday (3/6) Now I am just waiting for the truck to take it to my Dealer. They think that should be Sat at the latest.

I’m in OK with in prod date of 3/02 and ETA of 3/22-3/28 .. I’m still in production on Tracker but ‘produced’ and have a pending freight id and a load number on United Road. No emails yet but hear they may be doing sone updates tomorrow in Tracker. Not holding my breath though.

Delivered !! Tracker Shows Final Preparation. Unsure if it ever said Shipping, No emails. Dealer is only 10 miles from MAP so Im not sure if the tracker updated in that time or not. New tracker worked and says delivered as well. Hope everyone gets theirs quickly!

I contacted Ford chat support and they gave me an EDD of 3/21. I reached out to my sales rep and he confirmed EDD of 3/15 - 3/21. I've never received any emails of any kind from Ford. I was a retail order from the dealership. Good luck!

You gotta post once yours gets in. Hopefully with a picture of it on the carrier with mine in the photo lol. I’m really hoping yours is on the same truck with Bobs from Illinois and mine. Let’s hope! My tracker said shipped on Sunday but i can’t get into it since and from what I see, I can’t trust it anyway.

My tracker said shipped on Sunday but i can’t get into it since and from what I see, I can’t trust it anyway.

Would be nice to get an update! and haha, hopefully I will get a pic of it on the carrier, or something from my guy. On the tracker it still shows its "built" no shipping yet. but the dealer has an EDD from 3/8-3/14. so im hoping ill have it for the weekend. would be awesome! i just wish the tracker was real time or i'd get emails regarding updates or atleast my photo.
