I have 35k on my FE and started to get a notable humming noise and you feel it in the floor when at around 35-39MPH then it goes away and comes back around 56-59. Only when in 4A.
Dealer at least recognized it and documented they validated the sound. They said they have a Ranger in for the...
I have not seen anyone mention this new service campaign yet. Showed up in my account last week but no details on what the concern is or what I should be looking out for.
Just reviewed the install instructions and they really have you take off quite a bit more than most kits. Did you do it that way or were you able to install like most other kits where the harness stays above in the engine bay back to the aux wiring?
Thanks for checking and confirming the gold certification does not cover it. I’m still going to take to my dealer to have it documented and see if they can submit Ford for any sort of goodwill.
I wouldn’t be opposed to the LineX route but since it’s already delaminated I’m guessing it can’t be...
Would the LineX option still be possible on those that already started delamination? I’m debating replacing mine with a new one or just going the LineX route but don’t want to put on LineX if the delamination will just start crack the LineX coating.
Did you ever have them look at this? I have a FE and mine has a spot like that in the same area. I did see Ford replaced early 2021 models years ago for quality issues voluntarily. I’m the second owner so no clue if it was ever done. However I’m out of the 3/36 but it’s gold certified. I’m sure...
Was there one where the older models received an update to the windows adjusting below the weatherstrip by using the unlock button of the remote or switch inside the car? Thought I saw someone post a screen shot for that update.
I wonder if the same will happen with the front. I have a good amount of corrosion in the same area the rears had their issues with. I got full replacement of the rears last month.
On 21’s there was no functionality of the window dropping other than physically opening the door itself. So the glass always catches some on the weatherstripping.
So once I saw how my loaner was functioning I searched and found this thread. Seemed like people were saying there could be a...
Has anyone had success in having this feature added to the 21-22 years with software? I have a 2025 loaner and would personally want this as the windows do catch on the seal when opening causing the window to vibrate more than I would want. Yes they go down but not quick enough when I open it.
Depending on where you buy the KO2’s are nearly $100 less a tire than the KO3’s. Are they really worth a $400 difference? I’m supposed to get the KO’s on as I got Ford to match the $278 per tire price I found. I didn’t go with KO3 initially since I do not like the raised white lettering. I could...
Our 22 Navigator has had the fuel pump recall for awhile now too with no remedy in place. Not sure why they can’t just replace with pumps manufactured after the dates in question.
This is my first post as I recently purchased a First Edition. I have spent a lot of time researching running boards and steps and based on my needs I am down to the Raptor style or Go Rhino D1.
While I have read many opinions on the Raptor styles, I have not seen a thread, or couldn’t find...
