Ran most of the 7 hr plane crash trail yesterday. Due to the lack of rain the trail is boring as hell. Even the usually deep mud section near the border is just dry ruts. I never took it out of 2h. I wouldn't bother with it until we get some good rain.
Does anyone know of any trails nearby in...
That remote should work just plug the receiver into the remote plug on the winch and hold both buttons on the remote for 3 seconds to turn it on. Sucks that you have to purchase separately something that everyone else includes standard.
Warn no longer offers wireless remotes on any of their china made winches like the evo line. There was a recall due to water intrusion into the remote causing it to run on its own. The US made models still have wireless remotes included...
That site one of multiple similar websites that is operated by gearup2go which is a drop shipper. Like most shitty drop shippers they always show everything in stock even though they have zero inventory. I drive by their building almost every day. They share a small building behind a body shop...
Tigerton is probably as good as you will find for offroading in wi. At tigerton all the obstacles have bypasses and the difficulty of the trails are clearly marked. I would go on a weekday as weekends can get a little crowded. I wouldn't be worried about going solo just come prepared. If im solo...
When I got the previous one in the mail i didnt even notice it was a picture I took of my bronco on the cover. My girlfriend noticed when she was taking out the trash.
EDIT: so what you have highlighted there is the back way from Mcaslin mountain to Thunder mountain, question is can you still do the thunder mountain rock crawl? I believe another FR splits off at the top, and the route to A26 via the 2 mud bogs is fenced (has been for a long time, but the...
They closed it entirely earlier this year because people were rutting it all the way down to the pipe. It sounds like a permanent closure. There are a number of decent trails just west of there. I usually start at hwy f and dixie rd just south east of the mccaslin mountain campground...
Sorry I meant to type Elton not elcho. I started at hwy 64 and smokey rd and worked north. The main trails are well traveled and not challenging but a lot of the two tracks that jut off are interesting. I would bring a chain saw. I had to stop and cut at least 5-6 times.
We started in elcho and worked our way NW. My favorite trail in that area is a short track that's in gaia called mud bath row. There's a lot of great trails continuing nw that aren't marked.
$65 delivered in two days. Good product easy install. Not sure where bronc-buster gets off charging $469 for the same thing and then charges you for shipping lol.
I'd pay the extra 20 and avoid cj. They are not the company they used to be. I've personally had some issues and it seems I'm not alone.
