No not at all even offroad. My only problem is the less than advertised lift.

The instructions say to cut down the bump stops. I didnt and i dont think anyone else on here did either but that may improve your issue

Yeah it's bs. At the time when I decided on the springs jeepandtruckparts.com had the full coilover kit for $1300. Now its $1700. Has anyone contacted eibach about this issue yet?

You might be on to something there. If that's the case that's pretty deceptive on eibachs part.

10k over msrp seems a little excessive for a used 21 with a soft top.

I believe it doesn't matter which engine or how many doors as long as you have the bilstein struts.

An amazon compressor might work provided its not the threaded rod style no chance there. The eibach fronts are pretty stiff and you have to compress them pretty far to get into the factory strut. If the spring compressor bends, slips, or breaks with that much pressure on it I wouldn't want to be...

I used the second one ( specialty products 40260) and it easily handled the job. I went that way because it's a reputable brand and I read some reviews that had pictures of the collars snapping on the first style. I also liked the idea of having two bolts compressing the spring rather than one...

Mine still has about 3/4" of rake. Def didn't reach the 2.4" of lift as advertised though.
