Hey y’all, I’m surprised by the lack of information I’ve found on the wheel bearings. My truck is a non sas black diamond. Lifted with 35s. We do take it off road too, it’s my daily driver. 42k and I’ve got a wheel bearings gone bad. Hopefully ford will cover it under warranty. Is anyone else...
I’ve been considering going to the 285/70/17 from my current 35x11.5x17. I do take mine off road. But it’s like once maybe twice a month. And I daily drive mine.
What’s the secret? I just put at4s on my Bronco. Tried it out in the snow down to 30 psi. I was worried I was going to get stuck. So had to back out of the path I wanted to take. My Kenda klever rts seemed to do better in the snow for me. Is it simply the tread pattern?
No I don't need that stuff at all. But would like to do slightly more technical trails, then what we usually do. I did buy my bronco new. The disconnect sway bar isn't a deal breaker. I considered buying the sway bar from rock jock eventually. It's the steering rack and FDU that concern me a bit.
It doesn’t bother me wrenching on my stuff. But that’s a serious project isn’t it, upgrading the FDU, and steering rack. I watched a YouTube show of a couple doing it to their Bronco. A lot of work, on top of having to use the procal.
Hey y’all, the family and I hit the trails occasionally. But do use the Bronco as a daily driver, family hauler. I’ve been seriously considering trading my black diamond in for a Sasquatch package model, or a badlands. The more I look into upgrading the steering rack, FDU, and using the Procal...
Well, for what it’s worth my Bronco isn’t a Sasquatch. But I do have 2” lift on it. I’ve been riding on the Kenda klever RT 35x10.5x17 load range D. 40k miles on them and they never left me stranded. Finally replacing them with falken atw4 35x11.5x17. Curious to see how they do for me down in...
Yall making too much of a big deal out of this. Bumper definitely looks fine, there’s no dent or permanent damage to it. I’d say send it. Wouldn’t even waste my time complaining about that.
