Paying some kind of markup for a vehicle available on the lot is the "norm" right now. I think that will change with interest rates soaring, inflation, etc. However, the markup on that Big Bend is not normal. I think you can get them less than $10k and maybe closer to $5k over in places now.

I see the old model (and those sold on Amazon) attach to the soft-top hardware. How does the new one that is compatible with the hard top attach? Is it as solid as soft-top attachment method? I have a soft-top and I don't care about hard-top compatability.

Agree with the others. This happens frequently enough. But you have to have a salesman who will call you first, immediately, and then you have to act quickly to buy it -- most likely at least $5k to $10k over sticker.

It's really not for security -- except out of sight, out of mind. Anyone with a knife can break into any soft-top Bronco. Actually you don't even need a knife. LOL. But I would like it if the rear door had to be opened to easily retract the cover.

Are you new here? This is a well-known fact. When you get your car has much more to do with dealer allocation than when you "reserved" your place in line. Ford's sales pitch was very misleading and this whole process has been botched from a customer perspective. I may be "fair" to dealers...
