Correct, just checked mine. Blue when I open the door, amber/orange if the power is on, and the switch pushed to the on position. Turns amber/orange even if nothing is hooked to that wire.
I did not check the color my switches, but they came from the factory, and a couple weeks ago my friend and I installed ditch lights, using 2 of the switches and the lights work fine.
I see on the Amazon link the interior shows a height of 2.2 inches, so the highest item I could pack in there is limited to 2.2 inches, or is that the divider height only?
Are there spots to reinstall the hooks on top of the drawer, so I could strap down items on top of the drawer, not using...
Finally got around to driving somewhere dark and snap a couple pics of the Diode Dynamics SS3, Pro/Combo ditch lights. Pics are with the headlights off, only the ditch lights in the first 2 (first with an amber cover on driver side), and the 3rd pic with the light bar above the winch (no...
I bought the Cold Steel Shovel thinking I’d dig a hole, or use it for self recovery off road. Turns out it can shuck clams, skin a deer, split kindling, build a fire, and construct a perfectly wind-rated shelter… but only after completing unspecified training from an unnamed source in an...
I've never wheeled in snow, but to me, depending where you are, the snow could be the same, or similar depth for a long ways. In my off roading adventures, mud usually is more limited to a specific area, so you can see the end you have to get too to get out, lol.
I think it's about 30 inches or so. Fits on the tailgate table with a little overhang, if you wanted to store it there.
Edit: from their site:

Handle: Hickory Handle

I was looking for a "better" shovel to throw in the Bronco, the one I have really felt like it would snap in half with any heavy duty use in a situation I needed to use it. It's over 20 years old and seen better days.
Being my usual cheap self, I could not pull the trigger on a DMOS shovel...
I need to double check the manual (too lazy right now), but I think it states the BMW will reset after sitting 8+ hours with the doors locked and it goes into a deep sleep mode. Or there is the brake and flashing lights thing you can do, saw a Youtube video on it once.
I have not read this thread in a while, catching up today. All this different "metal talk" of things like 5052-H32 and 6061 reminds me of the History Channel show, Forged in Fire.
Got the Turn Offroad panels a couple days ago, took 30 minutes at lunch to install the driver side. Still need to align/tighten it up, but installation was easy. Tackle the rest after work or tomorrow at lunch.
They were packed like they shipped me eggs, good golly they were protected! :clap...
My understanding is Raptor takeoffs will NOT fit a Bronco
Google search:
The Heritage (normal Bronco) wheels use a 6 × 139.7 mm (6 × 5.5 in) bolt pattern. Hardrock Offroad+1
The Raptor wheels use a different bolt pattern: 6 × 135 mm. Hardrock Offroad+1
Additionally, the hub bore (the center...
