  1. NOW AVAILABLE: BOSS "Walker Link" Sway Bar Shock System - Great alternative to disconnects!

I've been running a set of Walker Links from Boss at Bronco Super Cell West for the last 3 days and have been very impressed. Running them on a non SAS Black Diamond with 33" tires and it seems to handle the trails much better!
  2. Doors vs no doors?

Exactly, we went to Super Cell in Colorado last year and people had their doors and top off and the dust was so thick they would never get it out of all the nooks and crannies of their interiors. I just rolled the windows up and blasted the AC.
  3. Doors vs no doors?

I'm with you, I've had several Bronco's an FJ40 Land Cruiser and several Jeeps, never took the doors or the tops off. I like AC and the heater and if the temp outside is just right roll down the windows. If I need more wind in my face I jump on my HD. I always thought it looked goofy to have the...
  4. What percentage of Bronco owners have had zero problems

No all the tailgates are the same, just a lot of weight put on the tailgate when spare tire is mounted. A friend of mine has a SAS and his pops terrible, but if tire is removed no noise at all. I installed my reinforcement as soon as I got my BD last June and only noise I get is from the MIC top.
  5. What percentage of Bronco owners have had zero problems

Have you installed a tailgate reinforcement on your tailgate. I've heard that having 35" tires mounted on the tailgate creates a lot of popping noises. I'm running 33" on my BD and installed a Hammer Performance reinforcement plate and have no noise.
  6. What percentage of Bronco owners have had zero problems

Backup camera stays on while in 4 low, have a recall for this problem, haven't taken it in yet. Plastic piece from rear of hood to windshield warped in hot sun, dealer ordered it, haven't made it into the dealership yet to have it installed .
  7. Catch can is worth the investment!

Yeah, I'm not sure what the problem was but only vapors enter the PVC system, so no way to suck all the oil out of crankcase. Doesn't sound legit!
  8. Catch can is worth the investment!

Did your parts manager have a catch can or an air oil separator on his F-150 that kept dumping the oil?
  9. Catch can is worth the investment!

The picture of the bottle that I started this thread with was new,no moisture in it. What I poured into it from the catch can was all oil, no water floating on the top. Now I will admit an 1/8 OZ in 3,000 miles is not going to hurt anything, but over 50,000+ miles, I think it's worth putting a...
  10. Catch can is worth the investment!

Possibly, but I'd rather the oil collect in the catch can then go into the intake. Probably less of a waste of money then hanging a bunch of lights on the outside of a vehicle just to try to be cool!
  11. Catch can is worth the investment!

Ok, that's what it's called, air to oil separator. Well the engineer that came up with it needs to go back to the drawing board cause it doesn't work, at least on mine it doesn't!
  12. Catch can is worth the investment!

Not sure about warranty, I will take my chances! And not sure about emissions either, I don't have to worry about that in my state, yet!! I've read others say that Ford has a reclaim system on their PVC system on the 2.3 and that a catch can in not needed! Obviously this is false at least with...
  13. Catch can is worth the investment!

This is the amount of oil that went into catch can after 3,000 mile trip to Super Celebration in Colorado, a little less than an 1/8 oz! Not sure about you guys but I think a catch can is well worth the cost to help keep that oil from coking up on the valve stems.
  14. 2.3L muffler delete [added sound clip]

There's no possible way of making either the 2.3 or 2.7 sound good, not if you grew up with V8's anyway. I've listened to every sound clip of different aftermarket exhausts offered for the new Bronco's, they all sound like crap! Only reason I can see to change the stock would be to a high tuck...
  15. Gremlin / Reported Issues Thread

Went to Celebration West last week out in Colorado and after being on trails in 4 low and put it in reverse then going back into forward gears the backup camera would stay on. I could watch those behind me as we went down the trail. Sometimes the screen would go back to normal on it's own...
