Except that they do fold flat.

This is 100% incorrect as confirmed by the Ford engineers that are on the board. The seat bottoms tumble forward on the 2-door and slide forward and drop flat into the footwell on the 4-door. Then the backs fold down on both.

I think heated seats are available no matter what material is chosen. I hope the vinyl seats are like Softex in Toyotas. It wears better and is cooler in the heat than leather.

Got it. Missed that. It is both shocking and amazing that you can order all of the off-road goodness on a base model. Jeep will have to rework their entire wrangler menu to compete.

I haven’t seen anything that mentions a lift with the Sasquatch package. It’s the tires that add the extra clearance, the 2” lift from Ford allows it to run 37”s.

2-door has just under 24 cubic ft behind the rear seat, wrangler has 12.9. With seats folded down, 2D Bronco has 58.4 ft2 vs 31.7 in the wrangler.

So the 2-door wheelbase is 100” and it is 7” longer than the current 2-door wrangler. There is almost twice the cargo capacity behind the rear seat than there is in a 2-door wrangler. They did it right.

Ok, for everyone that wants the roll down window, how would you propose making that work with soft tops? Or the fastback hardtop (speaking of looking like a jeep) that some people want? Having a gap in the top of the gate for the window to go through would be a pain to seal up using anything...

I feel like the carbonized grey top is the one we’ve seen pictures of, and there are clearly seams in it that show it isn’t one piece.

My Lexus GX has a swing out door with a pop up window. I’d prefer a liftgate with a roll down window like the 4runner, but it really isn’t a big deal. It’s amazing how easy it is to get used to something different whether it’s swing gates or shifter location.

I’m guessing approach and departure angles are the same on the 2-door and 4-door, and both will be better than on wranglers.
