Hmm, that’s not the color that showed up in google when I was looking for a sample. At any rate, cactus is an interesting color that is different from anything I’ve ever seen. It isn’t nearly as green as it looks in some pictures.
Leadfoot is probably Ford’s closest color to Toyota’s cement grey. Nardo grey is darker, sting grey is darker and almost has a slight brownish tint to it in certain light.
Cactus is unique for sure. The very slight green tint is there but you don’t always see it. The CGI pictures of cactus make...
Pictures and some additional details were added to the first post. I’ll still try and catch the 2-door again so I can measure the front door length for comparison.
No sweat. I was looking for the Stanley gif from the Office. Glad you pointed that out so I don’t inadvertently cause more confusion for someone.
Honestly after posting all the pictures I’ve lost track multiple times of who has asked me what. I pity the admins right now.
The hardtop on the cactus grey 4-door is definitely grey. The hardtop on the 2-door I saw is definitely black. Both appeared to have the same texture. For comparison:
I like the Rivian Truck and SUV. I know the look is polarizing to some people, but I think we can all agree it looks much better than the Tesla truck. The $90k price tag will make sure I never own one though.
There is a ledge between the cargo area and folded seat back on both the 2-door and 4-door. Ford will have the slide out tailgate that fits in the cargo area of both to create a level surface when the seats are folded. My guess without being able to actually measure it, is that the cargo area...
No clue on the mounting up front. The rear mounts are clamps that attach in the slots above the side rear windows and another spot a few inches inboard.
Essentially the rear of the b-pillar. The seats did look like they were further back than mine would be if I were driving. I also tried not to touch the vehicles, so measurements could be off an inch or two. The goal was simply to give an idea of size to people. Seeing them in person, they are...
If you slide the front seats all the way forward, you should see 6’6”-6’8” between front seats and rear gate in a straight line. Even more than that if you’re solo and can lay diagonal.
