You'll be going from a 18" rim to a 17". I think both are the same width of 7.5" and have the same backspacing. How wide of a tire you can fit will be limited by the width and backspacing. Don't plan on anything bigger than a 285/70-17 tire.
Powder coating will probably last longer than...
Low freon will cause the compressor to cycle frequently. Did the dealer ever mention about putting dye into the system for leak check?
Unrelated to a compressor replacement, but I had to have the air control modular reprogrammed because it would not always turn on the compressor. Having it set...
The Tank is awesome, I like how it can turn into a drink tap, has a option for a interior basket, a lip that can support an adult sitting on it. It will keep ice as ice for a long weekend on the lake. Ours is 3 years old and still no sign of wear.
I do wish Brumate made a tank, but a little...
Ford has been using the cheapest, thinnest leather for a number or years now. Wait till the bottom bolster starts showing wear 🙃
Cloth isn't much better and hopefully this MGV is the magic ticket. Nearly a year and 18k miles and mine seats look good still.
That's how it has become in my neck of the woods. Many of the forest roads have been closed because of misuse. It's easier and more effective to shut a trail down then to send a crew our to maintain it.
It's been around since the 90's. Not even relatively new at this point.
Anyways, it's not a deal breaker if you don't have it. I was totally fine switching between 2H-4H during the winter storms we got in Reno.
Price was the biggest sway to the BD was features. I don't need 4A, or sway disconnect, and for a lot of the stuff I do, a rear locker is more than enough. If anything, I wish Ford would make 33's standard.
She really can't complain about the heat since Coachella is on par with the burners, listening to shitty music in the desert 🤷♂️
Back to topic, the temperature control module on mine needed to be reprogramed since it was not responding to commands. I could only force the AC to kick on if it...
You'll probably need to take a trip to the dealer to have it adjusted. I'm able to get both sides latch to the bottom part of the frame.
That forward section has a spot that the straps get fed through, make sure not to pinch the weather stripping on the top.
Awesome set-up! Mind listing the brand of tent? My mom is hell bent having one for her Bronco. I helped her setup one from Costco and I was not impressed with the fitment.
