The rep on Ford chat told me, it seems hit or miss. I'm not sure how quickly that information is available to chat reps. A friend of mine is an engineer for Canadian Rail and by the time he attempted to track it was out of their care and to BNSF's possession.
If yours was picked up by Canadian rail, then it will never show in Ford's system as on the train. That's what happened with me. Luckily it was a week and some change for travel time to get to California. And the dealer called, it's here. PDI won't be done until tomorrow. Hopefully yours is here...
Fortunately you're 800 miles ahead mine. 😅
Yes, this is from the Ford customer service chat. Thursdays is when scheduling publishes updates. I think if you press them hard enough you can get at least a location of your order.
If that doesn't work you can call the bronco hotline.
I bet it has moved today. I hope mine gets here before the 13th because that's when the loan approval expires. Stupid me should taken the expected arrival date with a grain of salt.
FYI guys, CNR (Canadian National Railways) does not have an automated number to call for tracking. The CS rep was cool to track the car, but I think it will be best practice to continue to use Ford chat for the time being.
Yeah, I'm optimistic here, I know in good times it takes at least a week of transit time from port of Oakland to Houston... with all the crap going on with the railroad and being further east :ROFLMAO: a week is being generous.
I think it was 2.5 to 3 weeks for my Mom's Big Bend... but hers was...
Out of curiosity I checked again on my BD and now there's a ETA for next week. Went from due to this week to being pushed out a month to a new due date for next week. All without a railcar number.
This whiplash is killing me!
Ford chat hasn't been all that helpful. My Black Diamond's ETA is this week, yet according to Ford, the truck is still in MI. I dunno, I guess just will need to wait till I get that call.
