  1. 4/18/22 Build Week Group.

It only works if you paid the $100 on ford.com for a reservation (before they discontinued that) and then converted to an order at a dealer. If you walked into a dealer and placed an order, the link does not work. You'll have to rely on the dealer. So, if you had a reservation, you were sent an...
  2. 4/18/22 Build Week Group.

I was refreshing and the backdoor link *just* updated and bumped me from 4/11 to 4/18 minutes ago. So here I am!
  3. 🛠 4/11/22 Build Week Group

Well it's been fun. But, I've just been bumped to 4/18. No email, but the backdoor link literally just refreshed minutes ago from 4/11 to 4/18.
  4. Price Protection

It's supposed to show up as a rebate to the dealer under your name in their system. I don't think it comes directly from Ford.
  5. Price Protection

People are saying you'll get a check in the mail for the price protection difference from the dealership about a week after you buy your vehicle. I don't know if that's standard, but it's the only thing I've seen reported here. If this is true, it also means you have to pay tax and finance rates...
  6. Dealer never converted reservation to order, just put in new order

I've never heard of any way a reservation could be connected to an order already placed. And yeah, the order banks for MY22 are closed now. Your only choices are to take what the dealer ordered, or use your reservation and re-order whenever the banks open back up.
  7. Dealer never converted reservation to order, just put in new order

The $100 you paid to ford.com for your reservation went to the dealer you selected when you made the reservation. You'd have to get it from them not Ford. I agree with BlueBronco that given what you describe, you should still have a reservation. Can you still see the reservation on your...
  8. Price protection - how does it work?

From the Ford FAQ: How does the Bronco Price Protection program work? If you ordered or reserved a Bronco prior to March 19, 2021, you will qualify for the price protection amount of a similarly equipped vehicle, based on the selected series and door configuration you reserved or ordered on or...
  9. Ford changed my MSRP price

You have retail price protection, which is different: 2022 MY Pricing for Customers Who Placed a Reservation After March 19, 2021, or Placed an Order Without a Reservation After March 19, 2021 What does it mean if I placed a reservation after March 19, 2021, or placed an order without a...
  10. Ford changed my MSRP price

Read through Granger's update. All the price protection info you could want is in there: https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/the-mid-march-update-from-granger-ford.39234/
  11. Ford changed my MSRP price

First, I wouldn't go by any info on the backdoor link. Mine isn't even close to reality. If you had a reservation or order by March 19 2021, you'll have to work with the dealer. Dealers have a system called Smart VINCENT that will provide a code to apply to the vehicle for the price protection...
  12. Velocity Blue vs Hot Pepper Red

I like HPR in the sun when it's really red, but I can't stand the burnt sienna color in lower light. I'd go blue. I wish Ford would give us a darker but not as dark as AMB blue.
  13. How Frequent Are You Spotting In The Wild

I've only seen a handful on the road in the suburbs south of Minneapolis so far. A few white, an a51, and a green one. I did see one just a few days ago getting loaded onto a flatbed on the side of I35. It did NOT appear to have been in an accident...
  14. Check your Bronco order status using back door link. Found out I'm In-Production without email received

If you paid $100 on ford.com and made a reservation while Ford was still taking them, you'd have gotten an 8 digit reservation number. You can find it in the original email from ford or by logging into ford.com and looking at your orders. If you placed an order at a dealer without going through...
  15. Order sheet. What do these mean?

Lately, it seems like you get a VIN about 3 weeks before your build. So, usually you have to be scheduled. But, nothing is usual any more.
  16. Bronco electronic sensors

I don't know what your timeline is, but the order banks for Broncos are closed right now. We haven't been told when you might be able to order an MY23. So, if that's a consideration, it might be faster to get ANYthing else right now.
  17. 🛠 4/11/22 Build Week Group

What I've heard posted here is that most things are locked once you have a VIN. Things that aren't described by the VIN, like color, might be changeable. Some have had luck, others not. It depends on the dealer and whether they need to get a regional rep involved. At any rate, this is all...
  18. ⏱ Bronco Scheduling Next Week (3/21) For Build Weeks 5/9 Through 5/23

No. If you did not pay $100 on ford.com to get an 8 digit reservation number, the only source of info until you have a VIN is from your dealer.
  19. ⏱ Bronco Scheduling Next Week (3/21) For Build Weeks 5/9 Through 5/23

This is my experience. No communication from Ford until three weeks before build. I must have been scheduled in Feb. My backdoor link updated like 5 weeks ago. I got an email from Ford last week for 4/11.
