I'll add my name to that list. I'm in NoVA and get up to Columbia about once a week. Glad to hear it's coming soon. I need to clear a space for this in the garage.
I think these would apply to the TLP as well. I do everything in my garage, so no issue with shaking. I have bumped it on the stock speaker pods before. Now I use those to get it lined up.
This is good to hear since my RSEs were just delivered this weekend. Need to grab another jack to put them on, but looking forward to it. Good tip on the liquid film. What are you using to lube the moving parts?
Wife wants to go out in the Bronco tonight, so I took a quick break to get the truck ready. From turning it around in the garage, to removing the 4D hard top, putting on the bimini top and walking back into the house (detached garage) and up to my office, less than 30 minutes. With no help from...
Back window on my 4dr top closes no issue on the top lift pro. Also had no issue with storage. Is it expensive? Yep. Does it work if you need an easy way to get the top on/off by yourself with little hassle? 100%. My wife is too short and can't lift enough right now to help with it regardless...
Definitely lock the doors. I even lock them as a habit when I have the top in various states of taken off. We get teens/twentys that come into my neighborhood from other areas, probably some locals too, that pick streets to check handles. Never slash anything or forcibly enter cars. Just take...
Just got mine delivered this week! Plan on tackling the install while we have some nice weather here. Any tips on install so I don't lose the inner threads in the tailgate? Pretty sure I read that was a thing on here.
It's the nuclear option but almost in tire carrier bumper range there.
I've heard my tailgate flexing a bit even with the new tire bumpers and all I did was upgrade from sasquatch to a slightly heavier, less offset wheel & tire combo. I've got a tailgate reinforcement waiting to go on...
Mine is crappy with my iPhone 14 Pro as well. Doesn't charge worth a damn and runs way hot. I was just going to unplug it since I've got a charging setup on the dash. May wait and see how it works with the TSB though. Would be nice to have a second charging option for the wife's phone.
Would love to have an emergency door option for the same reasons mentioned. I know we're early on in the relative lifecycle of accessories, but surprised there hasn't been much in this area.
Don't plan on doing it any time soon, but that definitely falls under never say never. I used to weld back when I had access to such things, but haven't had the need or space in recent years. Garage definitely has the space now.
This is how I felt about it when I had it built. I didn't want to...
What are the thoughts on coatings from the group? I've got a detached garage with a cinderblock base around that the wood frame is built on. Two car with some extra space built around (as much as I could sneak past the HOA).
I need to clean it out anyways so been thinking about using an epoxy...
ZRoadz slider/steps and RekGen XL. Still don't love the flaps but they serve their purpose well. O've only heard a few rocks ding off the rails since putting them on. Zero off the doors.
I will provide you with no such sass, but happy to provide another picture. Love the way it turned out. Probably the second most commented thing next to the color.
And one in some sunlight for good measure.
