  1. Valhalla's Long term build thread

Interesting...I picked up a free F- 150 folding hard bed cover, I need to do similar trimming and gluing. Thanks for posting.
  2. Bronco Raptor security advisory

Im not so sure, what are you referring to as a "myth" ?...a laptop, some user credentials, and access to the OBD port is all that's needed to program the key fob...The VIN number itself would only be somewhat helpful for a thief, but still could be used to aquire some information ahead of the...
  3. Ford Bronco Race 4600 Class at King of the Hammers KOH Every Man Challenge 2/6/26

So much of the race course really depends on the correct line and expert driving skills...for example I watched this nearly stock, mildly lifted little Toyota 4runner on 37s, just walk right up first try, some very difficult obstacles that the 4600 and even 4500 trucks struggled to get up, even...
  4. Ford Bronco Race 4600 Class at King of the Hammers KOH Every Man Challenge 2/6/26

Seemed pretty open to me, you can still walk through the Pits and talk to teams, drivers, ect.
  5. Ford Bronco Race 4600 Class at King of the Hammers KOH Every Man Challenge 2/6/26

Felt like one of the "Funhavers" chatting with Loren about our PREDATOR powered Broncos.😁
  6. Ford Bronco Race 4600 Class at King of the Hammers KOH Every Man Challenge 2/6/26

No they don't have rear portals on the 4600 broncos...one has a spidertrax axle in the rear, the other (lovells) has a trussed Dana 60.
  7. Bronco With Ford 9" Diff Front & Rear, Hydraulic Steering Rack, Rear Cantilever System

I stopped by and took pictures...interesting build. Nice talking with the owner. The owner-engineered knuckles are beefy! but still use BRaptor 29spline stubs.🤔 Also it's a low pinion front...🤐 And, if Im not mistaken, 31 spline inner-stubs from Dutchman I DID LOVE THE FENDER HACKING AND...
  8. Ford Bronco Race 4600 Class at King of the Hammers KOH Every Man Challenge 2/6/26

Not according to the inspector I asked...2.3 and 2.7 only for 2drs.
  9. Ford Bronco Race 4600 Class at King of the Hammers KOH Every Man Challenge 2/6/26

Naw, it's so they can move the UCA mounts inwards without hitting turbos...the race portals have a more inwards upper pivot location.
  10. Shocks options- King 2.5, dobinson’s, ADS, Rock Krawler

If you can fab up new mounts, ORIs are worth every penny...I super pleased with mine! The user adjustability is FANTASTIC. OIL AND GAS, is all you need to change spring rate, compression and rebound damping. You don't even need to remove the struts off the vehicle to adjust!!! They're really...
  11. That Bronco6G life: for the new people so you won't be alarmed.

Naw, thats funny tho.... I earned my place in 4x4 crowds, by doing it the old fashioned way, way back when WEED was illegal and very profitable, I was a "gorilla farmer" ...made my living by growing only the best, DEEP in the forest...miles from law enforcement or curious landlords. We built...
  12. Real world gas mileage

    21 FE on 41s and 5.38s, w/800 hp v8...= 12 MPG average
  13. Dana 60 FDU ....FITS with Extensive Modifications!!!

Kinda, the 5.38 HP60 arrived, and CV pinion yoke, waiting on the E-locker... Ill give a real update in 2 weeks (KOH spectating is the priority right now). May also need to modify my new oil pan on the 5.2 engine.
  14. 5/14/2026 Update - Bronco Raptor APG ProRunner Suspension Installation

You've given no proof that ford has done any upgrades to what you've listed above. It's just a wild guess with an Raptor ego behind it...IF ford was gonna do something special with the axles, then they certainly would have listed the upgrades similar to the ones they have available through ford...
  15. Front FDU replacement (resolved)

Did you also change the ratios?
  16. Article: My Name Is Sal Gusmano, and I Break Ford Vehicles for a Living (at Michigan Proving Grounds)

That's a nice aftermarket piece but ford already offers a bigger OEM fuse. The 3.0 parts. Which are thirty percent stronger than the original 2.0. Which has been my point all along. The 74w rack wont break with those aftermarket tie rods, however the steering knuckle attachment point is...
