We did see the manual transmission in the bronco!!!
I just don't understand this mentality.I mean, most of the truck has a margin of error built into the engineering, that is to say that the wheel bearings, springs, frame, axles ect can handle more weight (or forces) than the vehicles...
Added a second muffler yesterday, sound is just perfect now, at hwy speeds cruising the sound is actually less then my straight piped 2.7...(less drone) But when you crack the throttle open it sounds pissed off!!!
I'm no engineer, but seems to me.You could incorporate them straps into the tank/skid plate itself??? Seems like the common sense way to accommodate the straps....NOT creating a huge lip to catch on or get hung up on obstacles...
It's NOT just Broncos that are failing! Rangers are having the SAME problems!
Your trim came with the upgraded 3.0 rack and tie rods. (20 amps fuse and 12 guage wire) While Rangers and some Broncos still come with the wimpy 2.0 rack and tie rods ( 10 amp fuse and 16 guage wire)
Even the Ranger...
Passenger car sized fuse in a 4x4 built to complete with jeep= BAD ENGINEERING. Lets pus some car-sized u-Joints in too while were at it 🤣😂😅..those are fuses too!!!
.I'll take the 20amp over the 10amp please.
Point taken, I feel differently. FORD SHOULD NOT HAVE USED PASSENGER CAR TIE RODS ON BRONCOS.
Any excuse otherwise, is just un-4x4ish 🤣 , Ford knew they had a problem and that's why the 3.0 were released. Honestly, I'll be surprised if they don't get sued someday. From some idiot hitting the...
The OEM E-Disconnect sway bars are available used for $125-250...several of us have acquired them for a great deal. Can be used at any speed in ANY mode!!!..Far better choice than the aftermarket. In my opinion.

In their defense, this project was jinxed from the start...the 2.3 is the WRONG model to do the V8 swap. Nearly ALL the PCM wires are different on 2.3...
The Barra Ford 4.0 inline 6 was tempting for me as well. But PCM compatibility was a deal breaker. For thos that are unaware, ford builds a super strong 6 cylinder in Australia, these engines, being an inline 6, are very tough and LOW END torquey 430 hp in OEM form, easily produce very...
No the D50 has 32 spline axles (same as normal Bronco) NOT 35 spline..(information from dana) .the shafts themselves are NOT upgraded! Only the ring and pinion size, and the cast casing is obviously larger to accommodate the 9" ring gear.... Otherwise, I would have used that TTB ford HP50, with...
The part numbers difference is due to the dumb IWEs oon the Braptors stub axle, and obviously the length of the center bar... to state or even assume that's an "upgrade" is a BIG stretch. Kinda like when you posted about your new Braptor be able to shift as fast as yer Porsche did...you even...
Stick your head in the sand all you want buddy, just because you don't see them broken, just means you're not using the correct search function. I mean, why do you think they came out with the HOSS 3.0 version in the first place? 🤣🤣🤣😆😁😂
Click the link , and you'll see exactly what you claim...
Do whatever you want... makes no difference here as the OP has upgraded both the front and rear ....UFDU 32 spline front m210 and u60 rear.
Back to the topic of the thread, I REALLY like how APG has thought out the panhard rod attachment points... Instead of raising the axle side mount, like...
SO Your hoping the Braptors came with Ford Performance style shafts?🫡🤔 yep that's where your extra $$$ went.🤑
then stating it as facts....🫡
HIGHLY DOUBT IT...If so, then my Ranger Raptor MUST have the awesolmely super duper CVs as well🤣😂🤪
FOR THE RECORD.... ONLY THE BRONCO DR came from...
My buddy in Eugene (works at Kendall ford) bent his BRAPTOR frame at the dunes ...they are NOT much stronger than original bronco...he had to get a new frame. Lol
Please tell me where the Braptor CVs are bigger or stronger than the sasquatch equipment broncos....spline count? Axle diameter? CV bell, Star, race? Or the SUPER GAY IWEs....? I'll wait....
Transfer case? Really? How do you know? Just because the part numbers are different, Doesn't mean...
