Hmm - I feel for you but its good that more people are beginning to notice the problem. OEM's only resolve issues when it becomes clear that multiple people are experiencing the same issue. Your issue sounds A LOT like mine. If you take it to the dealer please let us know what they say

Can you expand on this for me? I have odd flutters on low speed acceleration and intermittent LIGHT vibrations felt through the steering wheel at highway speeds. 3-4 seconds smooth, 3-4 seconds rough. How can the dealer check for phase balance issues?

At least they are finding things wrong with it. My dealers seem to try to gaslight me into believing there are zero issues

Keep an eye on this - also note if there is any vibration that can be felt through the steering wheel while this occurs. Wondering if you and I have the same issue

Mine squeaked as well - I lubed up contact points. Especially the front latches, both male and female. Seems to have helped.

If you have had your tires balanced I can almost assure you its not them. Some folks at my work (engineering firm) are suggesting CV joint issues

Noted - well you are not alone my friend. I mentioned this earlier in the thread, but I would suggest you give [email protected] Lynn at ford an email. Let her know you issue. Describe the symptoms, and let her know the dealer claims they can not confirm the issue. This will do two things...

Is yours oscillating? Mine vibrates for 3-4 seconds, then smooth for 3-4 seconds and so on. the vibration in the wheel isn’t big enough to visually see unfortunately, only to be felt. Which leaves room for the dealer to deny It exists

For what it’s worth I get steering wheel and floorboard vibration on the Highway. Goes away in 4hi

Thank you! You have no idea how nice it is to hear this. Every time I have described the issue (its hard to catch on video) people tell me its the turbo. Luckily I have owned many cars with turbos, thus I was 99% sure it was NOT a normal turbo sound. I appreciate your confirmation.

Ill have to note this next time I drive - what’s a normal PSI I should be hitting at WOT?
