I secured the cables to the transmission with hose clamps. I’ll probably replace the cable this summer. I’m guessing that after 1.5 years they’re probably getting rusty.

After Ford pulled the maintenance records from the app, I switched to the Car Fox app. It works way better and I can keep track of all of my vehicles.

I wish that I kn That’s my experience too. It just started rattling again now that the temperature is colder. I changed out the oil in the transmission this summer and put in BG sychroshift. Another reason I don’t want to take it to the dealer. That stuff is expensive.

FYI the TSB does not fix the problem. I had the TSB done and then re-done, then the clutch hydraulics failed, then the yoke seal on the transfer case failed. I’m probably just going to deal with the noise.

What’s worse is the LED headlights don’t produce heat and they freeze up and get covered with ice. I haven’t found a good solution to this yet.

I wish they would return the function to turn on the perimeter lights from the app. I used that often. Not sure why they removed it.

Hill descent control. I’ve driven down some crazy steep slopes and 4L with the transmission in C it won’t go downhill any faster than about 4 mph, unless you want to. The manual transmission on the Bronco is just perfect off-road!
