I think we are all going to have problems honestly. They pushed these out too fast. Mine had 48 miles on it when it arrived. We drove it less than 5 miles before the warning light came on. How is it possible they didnāt notice the problem before it shipped. Unreal, Iām fuming mad. My wife is...
Fucking bad turbo. Part is backordered, it could be weeks or months. We drove it less than 5 miles before it went bad⦠going home in a loaner for unknown amount of time. @Ford Motor Company Iāll be calling you soon. Prepare yourself.
The warning went off when the salesman turned it on, but they are running the diagnostics anyway. Iām hoping my wife just isnāt use to it compared to her Explorer and her thinking the power felt āoffā was just her getting used to it. However, they have an abandoned OBX here and I already said...
Quick update, picked up the Bronco. No BS from the dealer, driving it home and check engine light comes on. Power train Issue contact Dealer, turned right around and heading back now. Hoping itās nothing, but I have seen threads here indicating itās a problem with the Turboā¦this my fellow...
So my dealer activated my FordPass App today at the dealership (picking up tomorrow). I see the odometer already has 48 miles on it! That seems high right? Also, being able to see it as a dot on a map sure would have been nice over the last two months!!
Sheās finally here. Of course I had to travel for work today, but my wife went to see it as they unloaded her from the Truck. As you can see itās absolutely filthy. Dealer is prepping today and I cancelled my appointments tomorrow and driving home tonight. Plan is to pickup in the morning...
Waiting on the train has been BRUTAL. I know I'm complaining about something many of you wish was your problem and I apologize for that, but this really sucks once it gets so close. I equate it to having to pee really bad and finally getting to your destination to find the bathroom is out of...
Doubtful. I can tell you mine shipped from Detroit via rail a couple weeks ago. It passed thru KY on the way to FL but only b/c it was on the way. Iām sure if that had occurred someone on the forum or many people would have known and reported it.
Dealer will deduct nearly that much for trade in, even though it costs them a fraction of that cost to repair it. Whatās your insurance deductible? Might be worth fixing, but make sure the insurance company puts it down as a comprehensive claim so it doesnāt go on the carfax report as an accident.
Oh man that sucks. I hope you get it on Monday! Mine shipped on April 5th and got stuck in Atlanta for 7 days before continuing down to South Florida and I canāt imagine how much I would have been flipping out if it was held up any longer. I tracked the train to Jacksonville FL at this point...
Are you in FLorida? Here we canāt buy āonlineā Extended warranties, they must be purchased from a dealer in the state. Some bogus law that benefits the dealers and absolutely screws the consumer.
If I were you I'd get in touch with them ASAP so they don't sell it to someone else. They won't like holding it in inventory for 2 weeks. Maybe you could even do a "virtual" buy over a video call? You could always fake Covid and go pick it up tomorrow LOL!
