Yes, I was moved to built on Sunday and Shipped on Tuesday. Got my rail car number from Ford Chat and I’m currently around the KY TN border heading to South Florida.
Cancel the service agreement, they should refund it to the lien holder as a principal payment or direct to you if own it outright minus a little proration and maybe a small cancellation fee. The real question is why buy the service package if you were going to use your own oil?
I work for a manufacturer in sales. I struggle with this everyday as our customer service team is completely overwhelmed and overworked and it’s just easier to ignore problems. I’m having to deal with them directly and if I can do it I really just don’t understand why Ford can’t. It’s infuriating.
LOL, they replied to a comment I had made about my Bronco shipping. I was rushing home to reply to it and absolutely roast them, but it was gone before I could!
Every bit of good news comes with some bad it seems. We get our shipping notice today and literally minutes later my wife gets home with our trade in, a 2015 Explorer with a damn house key in the tread! You can’t make this shit up. Hopefully they can patch it or I’m buying a new tire tomorrow...
Only three things I can think of. Maybe it’s by reservation date? Mine was 7/15/20. Maybe it’s rail vs convoy? I’m rail. Or maybe it’s just the particular train availability to my destination? I’m in South Florida.
This thought has crossed my mind. I had a long convo with them over the CS Chat last week and kept demanding answers and less than 24 hours later I was moved to built... Is it really ready to ship, or was the status just updated to shut me up for a bit?
I have to do the trick on the pizza tracker adding &12345 to get it to show built, otherwise it still shows in production, but the order track app always shows awaiting shipment now..
I’m hoping you get built too!!!
