I have lights mounted on a bull bar, for which the wiring runs through the front grille, through the active grille shutters and into the back of the engine bay so that I can turn them off and on using the Auxiliary switches.
Could this cause the active grille shutters to not function properly?
Just wish there were more design options for the shift knob and I'd totally get one. Like what's the point of doing all that R&D and coming out with a product that is only available in one color and one design? Especially when you could corner the market so easily, seeing as how no one else...
I have an issue with mine, it sounded great when I first installed it about, I got one right after they came out. Now, for the past month or so, it has been popping and banging all the time, very loudly. Not sure why. There's no tune on it or anything else it just has the Roush CAI and this exhaust.
Tbh I don't think you can, I was curious about this a few weeks ago and looked around at a few auto parts store and on Amazon and no one carried a 7/8" silicone cap plug. I am curious why they went with a zip tie as opposed to a hose clamp though.
It is peculiar, I've looked and asked everywhere - no one makes a single shift knob or even a shift boot for the Bronco. What are they all so afraid of?
I also have this, didn't notice any difference in sound. Which was surprising because I had a Roush CAI on my Focus and it made quite a big difference in sound.
Sometimes it doesn't seem to want to build boost if it doesn't really need to. Probably something to do with emissions. I bet if you put it in Sport mode and put your foot down it will build boost fine. If it doesn't, then yeah something's definitely wrong.
This is not right though. Plenty of people have documented that they've been able to run 35's on a stock Big Bend, just with removing the crash bars. So why does this chart say a 1.1" lift is required? Is it not taking into account the removal of crash bars? Or zero/negative offset wheels? Not...
Velocity blue, 3k miles on it. I may be moving to a downtown area and will have to drive even less. I WFH already and have another car so I'm debating how fiscally responsible it is for me to spend this much on something that will barely ever get driven, much as I do love to. (and I'd have to...
