I've always viewed the Bronco as a luxury addition (more of a dedicated off roader and not a daily driver / family car), but at one point I did try and convince my wife to trade her VW Atlas in for one. My argument being it could fill both family and wheeling/overlanding needs (it's financially...
Is that where they all go when they arrive in the Bay Area? My Bronco's been in production since 8/8 so I'm just mentally preparing for the next phase of painful waiting...
100% agree. There should be no reason for Ford not to support this mod given they want us to take our Broncos out on the trail, the part fits perfectly and is a simple software update. Seems win/win to me... Ford sells more aftermarket performance parts and more importantly, sees less broken tie...
Great review and serves as a reminder there is much more to a vehicle than the specs or the appearance - It's really all about the driving experience and it looks like Ford nailed it. Kind of wishing I had converted my golden ticket now...
Ugh, feeling super left out seeing all these pics! I have an 8/5 Blend but still seeing "In Production" status. Spoke to Ford Chat today and they let me know that my vehicle has been produced but has a Production Complete ET for the week of 8/29 which is around when it will flip to "In Transit"...
Same for me as well. 8/5 blend, "In Production module" popped on 8/6 with the sticker (then time stamped 8/8 a couple days later), and nothing since. Feels like a lot of the outstanding 8/5 blends are BL's so maybe it's just a big batch they are working through.
I would really love to see Ford support this mod
Here's the link I found but perhaps that doesn't include the tie rods? https://www.fordoempartsdirect.com/oem-parts/ford-gear-rack-and-pinion-steerin-nb3z3504m
Good luck OP! Ford is going to sell a ton of these if it works! Really hope they...
Those all sound great to me!
I'm late to this thread but this is the type of rack I've been looking for. Like a lot of folks my biggest ask is something compatible with the soft top.
Must have's:
Soft Top Compatible: Ability to fully retract the top with minimal effort
RTT Capable: Able to...
Nice! Coincidentally, I'll be heading home from a trip and will be passing right by there so I'll definitely stop by assuming I get on the road at a decent hour.
Sadly I still don't have my Bronco yet but hopefully soon as I now have a VIN and Build Date.
Drag races are always fun but when you think about the ultimate street car, the benchmark is not how fast they run a quarter mile but how fast they lap the Nurburgring Nordschleife. So all in all, no surprises here as AMG engines are always dominate in a straight line but let's see how they all...
Hopefully my Bronco is in the process of being built that week so I will not have it but will probably check out the event. Wonder how Jeep centric it will be?
I have a Mini 2 and it's amazing. Super easy to fly, small and takes fantastic footage. I'm super jealous though of the features DJI packed into the 3 given it has FocusTrack and obstacle avoidance which is well worth the extra couple hundred bucks over the Mini 2.
Yeah, they are not cheap especially after the price hike they had a few months back. I configured one that was north of $100k. Even the F150 Lightning gets expensive quickly if you want the extended range battery. Personally, I'm excited for EV trucks but I'm going to give them a few more years...
Received mine as well (8/1/22 build date), and just got the email with VIN!!! Still in a state of shock but excited to see more Bronco's on the road in the Bay Area soon!
I saw that same R1S yesterday. I didn't notice the plate since they drove past going the other way but the wrap definitely seems like camo which is odd given it's been out for a while.
I've been seeing more and more of the Rivian R1T's on the road in the Bay Area - It's a pretty compelling...
Just stumbled upon this thread and I totally get where you are coming from. I had been wanting a pure drivers car with an MT for a while and ended up buying a Civic Type R in June of 2020. It's insanely fun and absolutely feels like it's meant for the track.
At that time, I had also been...
