DV8 Storage Compartment mount. Includes 2 gallon storage tank, remote air chuck, regulator for Air tools, water separating filter and a Hadley Big Bully air horn. Running of Aux switch to shotdown air system in event of malfunction and reverts to factory horns. (thus the 2 relays in upper...
The B&O sound system was anemic until I replaced all the speakers and added an amp. Cooled front seats would've been nice. Autodrop windows need to come back. MIC top is nowhere near the quality it should be and painted hardtops should be an option to replace if and when warranty issue...
If you think cutting open or oven baking your hermetically sealed, $1k+ per side to replace headlights is "minor disassembly" then you probably shouldn't be considering this as an option for what amounts to an asthetics change - but hey your money, your Bronco.
I use the EX. I had to do a full TCU (Telematics Unit) reflash for my son's Fusion Energi so that I could reprogram an Escape TCU to work with hi sFusion for the 4g Modem that wasn't replaced under recall. Worked great - also used it on my Bronco. If you have any designs on using for ANYTHING...
100% Agree with this. I spent years sorting out crap installs from other people and just decided that if I wanted it done to my standards - I had to do it myself.
THe false floor provides for some cool additional storage - or room for an amp. Before I added the amp I could fit work gloves and a 25' air hose.

I would look at both sides of the firewall and pick a location that looks like it is accessible and free from any possible interference when drilling from the chosen side. I'd likely look at the clutch pedal and where it comes thru and measure off from there and let it rip.
Agreed - if you had a slideout tailgate that's another great setup for hiding amps and gear. Before I added the sub amp, I had a 25' airhose stored along with some work gloves and other items - in the flat space between the cargo floor at the inner end of the sliding tailgate and the false...
I have both - however with my current setup I wouldn't be able to even test it for you, but I would opt for the version without the center divider so you get more flexibility for larger items like the tool bag. If I had to guess I would say it would fit, but I'm not anywhere near my Bronco...
I would say my disappointment lies solely with B&O. I expected more - even with the understanding that this is not meant to be an audiophile level sound system. When the 22 year old Mark Levinson system in my Lexus GX is still remarkably better than the B&O in a Bronco...that's a pretty...
Yes the 5-4" speakers and 6" kicks are all running off the stock B&O. Only the sub was a separate amp. The 4" locations were so quick and easy I literally forgot to take pics.

I went with the Infinity Reference 407 as well and a pair of lineman's pliers to clip off the extra tab. No bass blockers (I have B&O system) I also replaced the kick panels with Memphis MOJO Pro 6 (ridiculous efficiency rating) that made a big difference in the front fill. Also did Kicker...
Was just gonna post that - there's at least two of them in my development in FL- one is rhino liner (whatever their term for it ) and another is straight paint or wrap - they are definitely unique but for that price I'd rather get a Braptor.
DV8 Storage compartment for the win....especially on a Braptor - it drops right in from the top.
