Have you listened to them? If you have good quality headphones the Cruthcfield comparison tool is really helpful. Personally I didn't like the kickers - efficiency of the speaker will also help if you aren't planning on replacing the amp.

Yeah the nice thing about the Bad Ass Mounts is the entire assembly pivots away from the mount. That pin gets pulled and you can rotate the base. The fact that the lamp sits on a tab that extends away from teh base will give you the clearance you need on the antenna side.
