  1. Seatbelt Issue Recall + Stop Sale for 2021-2023 Broncos Announced

I feel cheated. Us 2dr owners have chosen to go the hard way and yet we got the easy seat belts? Not cool Ford.
  2. Update: Rear Axle Tube - 1200 Miles Warranty Covered

You know it! Which is why I'm staying mild as well. I was able to buy a Bronco 2 and build D60/10.5 with gears and e-lockers for about the price of just a 74Weld rack. Obviously there's a bit more to go but it's going to be a lot stouter than my 6G and if/when it does break it goes on the...
  3. TD Distributing all-in-one tie rod repair kits are here!

Our kits have been upgraded! Going forward all kits include a TRE puller. I've found a lot of the inexpensive TRE pullers don't have deep enough jaws for 6G tie rods so I kept searching until I found one and it's a beast. You can buy them separately to add to an existing kit HERE
  4. Introducing our new frame horn reinforcement plates

Well bad news. An email has been sent to each person that ordered, but I wanted to announce here as well. Our inventory showed up today and as I was getting ready to start boxing them up I found a manufacturing problem. It's a small oversight and easily corrected but it will delay shipments by...
  5. Update: Rear Axle Tube - 1200 Miles Warranty Covered

It's been long understood that 35s were the safe limit for a D44, 37s if you're not throttle happy, but in recent years 37-40s on stock axles have just exploded in popularity and I've pondered how the metric D44 can be so much better to take over the job of 1 tons. Turns out it maybe it hasn't.
  6. Update: Rear Axle Tube - 1200 Miles Warranty Covered

I didn't ask, but I would assume weld in like their other trusses.
  7. Manual transmission scraping noise / grinding sound

No, still all original. About to turn 13k.
  8. Manual transmission scraping noise / grinding sound

Blackrose falls again. Around 50 this morning and I did hear a little scraping in 1st. Oh well, it survived the trip to Moab, not too worried any more and can ride it out longer.
  9. Multi tire inflation for your Trickflate

They do thread off. They work with Sas wheels but it's a little tight getting in there.
  10. Multi tire inflation for your Trickflate

I actually do have some of the normal ones I just haven't updated the inventory. Give me an hour...
  11. Update: Rear Axle Tube - 1200 Miles Warranty Covered

Barnes got back to me, they're about 8 months out from having a truss. Maybe Artec is working on one...
  12. Multi tire inflation for your Trickflate

It was awesome, I wish we'd been on more trails together. The hoses come with chucks so you just need a 2 way with gauge, two 2 way hoses, and a pressure switch kit. All that should run about half the price of what the other guys charge.
  13. What's the minimum recommended winch tow weight recommended?

There are some benefits to steel too so weigh the pros and cons. I went with steel and will probably keep it.
  14. Update: Rear Axle Tube - 1200 Miles Warranty Covered

Worst case if you don't get anywhere with Ford, a true offroad shop can fix it for you. They'll bend the tube back with heat. You can get 6 lug hubs for a full float 60, but I imagine they are 106mm center bore, not to mention more money. For sure, but it would be nice to find a root cause...
  15. Front Upper Control Arm options

At 2.5" up my Icon tubulars also allowed for a perfect alignment. Real nice mid range UCA for the mild builds.
  16. Plug welds missing on axle tube

IFFF I were to, I gotchu on the discount. But...not really a fan of bolt on for something like this.
