Smaller posts i used some terminals from an assortment i had with 18 awg wire.

Nuts are 5/16 and 9/16. Not metric. Posts are 3/16 and 1/4. Box says large terminal accepts 5/16 ring terminal. I bought some copper crimp lugs on Amazon to terminate the cable ends. I used 4 awg wire same as Warn OEM kit.

I like my BAMF winch bumper. It was not a difficult install and i relocated Warn controller under the hood. No erratic engine operation on my 2.7. I live in FL air temps are 90-100. IC in stock location.

The OEM metal skid worked fine with my BAMF winch bumper.

I used a Stinger with my winch. I used an aux lead that is above grill on that side. I spliced the other end to Aux3 switch lead (both are near hood hinge on driver side).

Diode Dynamics told me the combo lights are oriented as they should be and if you flip the lens and shave off the indexing tab, it voids their warranty.

Might be a good question for DD support. The 3 light set i got was not pre-oriented by DD. The mounting lug/brackets are on top of LED housing for the modular bumper mounting plate. The lens on each of the combo lights were all oriented same way. No mention in instructions about flipping lens.

I would say anything that meets or exceeds Ford specifications for your engine. They use a wet belt to drive oil pump in the 2.7. Wouldn't want it coming apart. Will certain oils affect it? We won’t talk about the disposable plastic oil pan. I have a skid plate now.
