Not really a new decision on the fog light wiring/switch. Everything has been like that since they decided to integrate fog lights.
Winch on the modular bumper looks bad enough I don't really care, I would rather go aftermarket for less $$.
Sure I see a bunch too, they are called CJ’s and YJ’s.
i can put my GoPro up if you like in two months and you can count for yourself. Late model dd’s helps around here are mostly hardtop.
From the other side of the aisle I actually came across a new Outer Banks sitting on a lot yesterday while coming back from a trail ride in Indiana. Bronco was in Illinois.
Roofline is about the same as the tallest point of my topper and it is wider of course. IIRC the...
The big gripe I have about IFS has infiltrated solid axles too... unit wheel bearings.
I wheel a TTB, most dont know what to make of it and just leave me alone.
Since my wife ordered the Bronco almost a year ago I now get an emplyee discount on a Jeep... she wants no part in switching and sees the delays as an opportunity to build her down payment.
Makes no real difference to me but I dont particularly enjoy working on her edge.
Oh yeah, well you are just a big meanie!
You are right I won't "get it"
Everybody else can just sit here and commiserate with each other about "tapping out" Whether they even have a order or not in the first place nobody even knows. So they just stirrate it around and bring down everybody...
And the late availability of the plant and lack of manpower has nothing to do with it? If they had the plant up and running to capacity as scheduled they would still have a shipping hold as of August 7? Or would they have worked this out 6 months ago and nobody would have known/cared they had...
And those would come from the plant that had construction delayed because of covid and that Ford has to keep sending manpower to?
Just imagine if that plant was up and running the better part of a year ago as planned and people actually wanted to work.
I work in parts, I deal with this every...
It's either that or a bunch if whiney people that can't get their heads out if the sand, look around and realize EVERYTHING is struggling right now.
Heck it took me a month to turn up two pairs of Wrangler jeans in the right size. On a semi related note I did buy a pair of Carharts to tide me...
My last tractor sat in a fence row for 30 years. A radiator, carb rebuild, valve job, tires and new wiring (it's all exposed to the elements) and it has been running great for 5 years.
Above pictured Ranger. I set as far right as I could without blocking the right hand tail lamp viability to reduce stress on the bumper and carrier while off road.
I offset mine, mine sits a little higher in the back window than a Bronco but offset really helps the rearward visibility. Less leverage on the hinges too.
I literally have that very setup on my Ranger. I built the rear bumper and tire carrier myself.
I do not open the tailgate often. To set a bag of dog food or groceries in the back the tailgate is a non issue. I just swing the spare out of the way, open the rear glass and set it over the...
