Interesting, with my old tin box Ranger I don't really notice any hail sounds from the floor.
I have a gravel driveway and live on a gravel road.
Great tire for me, I was happy when I saw the Black Diamond came with them as opposed to some Perelli Scorpian or Hankook Dynapro POS.
Good in mud...
They look like an average farm truck tire that has ran on gravel for most of its life. Not unheard of at all, that off-road tire has lived a happy and fulfilling life unlike most of its brethren.
They they can't fix the POS before the warranty is up I do not intend to be stuck with the pile much longer than I have to.
I have never owned a vehicle with any kind of a warranty anyway... and have never bought a new one before either.
My slobbering carburated 5.0 will drive for 1/8th mile just on the fuel in the carb bowls... they might hold a cup? I let it run to drain bowls if I have to pull the carb off for anything, I need to time it but it seems to take forever and a day to idle long enough to get that done.
An idling...
Bronco means nothing to me, I suggested it in jest after she shot down both the Wrangler and 4Runner.
And she bit on it so here we are...
Pretty good chance MY next vehicle won't be a Ford, I really don't care for the newer F-150s.
I just replaced them on my F-150, they died a few years ago but I just kept throwing vice grips on the shaft to hold the hood up.
Happened to find a nice set on a truck in the JY my last trip when I remembered to look for them.
Hood prop was a PITA swapping heads on my Ranger but it still...
Consumed with my rig... to the point she is buying a new Bronco so her and the little guy can off-road along with the two seater rig I have had for over 20 years.
I have a '85 Ranger I built myself one JY wheel barrow at a time over the last 21 years I have had it.
I daily drive a 2002 F-150 that I bought slightly used in 2005. Currently has 194k miles
Wife has a 2008 Edge she bought in 2012 that currently has 265k on it. It is getting replaced by the...
Actually bedsize aside the Gladiator isn't too bad for a truck. It is rated to tow more than my older F-150 with the biggest engine available.
It also has the same wheelbase as my extended cab F150 with a 6.5' bed which does it no favors on multiple fronts and for those of us willing to to...
FIFY
Looks like this guy was driving too fast offroad at night. I don't see a regular Bronco faring much better.
Everybody has seen the King of Hammers stuff where guys are driving offroad fast on closed courses. Even at offroadeos the instructors are doing high speed passes to show off the...
I don't care, you could put the Raptor cab on the normal '150 frame. My point is is the door sticker (which also has the VIN on it) is what mandates the GVWR at the consumer level.
There is no changing it.
Raptor was just a nice example as there is a peer model that is similar (normal F-150)...
