Did my own rotation on Friday and heard a clicking. Turned out several of my front driver lugs were loose. My 4yr old daughter must have distracted me on the last tire! Make sure that shit is dialed in to 100ft/lbs!
Don’t feel too bad, nothing lasts forever. The pendulum will swing the other direction and before you know it we’ll have $5k on the hood replacing $5k ADM. People will remember who treated them well during the last few years.
GX, Tacoma, and 4Runner will all be great vehicles in their off-road trim. But anyone thinking they’re walking into a TRD Pro at MSRP right off the production line is taking some good drugs!
🤣 that’s my point! VW reliability does suck and yet I don’t need to be a slave to a trickle charger. Glad your Bronco is working out for you. I just try to jump in on these posts to let OP know they aren’t crazy.
My wife’s Tiguan has no issues starting reliably with no less infotainment features. For that matter, do any F150 Platinums have this problem? Needing 10 days between starts on occasion is in no way too demanding. Charging system needs another look for any future ICE Broncos (if we get any!)
Yeah way too much apologizing for Ford here. Unfortunately, this is normal OP. Mine will fail to start after about 10 days of inactivity. That’s totally unacceptable no matter how many features they add to Sync.
My son was hospitalized for almost two weeks last Fall (fully recovered now). Had...
I’m with you. Use your door bags and rubber bumpers and you’ll never have an issue. The key is to make sure the door fully seats by rotating it once on the pins. Once you see how pronounced the seating is, you’ll never miss it.
Mine come off whenever we get 4-5 dry days in the forecast. I admit...
Yeah I learned there’s only a handful of tire companies with a bunch of sub brands or divisions. Nitto is Toyo, General is Continental, BFG is Michelin, Cooper is Goodyear.
Don’t beat yourself up too much for skipping sas. Sounds like you don’t off-road much so the equipment would be a waste of $6k for a look. A 2” lift and 35’s will be perfect for what you’re trying to achieve. Post pics when you get it done!
Thanks for sharing! That’s not too bad at all. Was afraid it would be something obnoxious. The black WT take offs are the best looking wheels hands down!
