I could not get the OME front springs to go on with my compressor. They also will not sit correctly on the lower perch unless you remove the rubber isolator. Old man emu screwed up not letting them be compatible with Sasquatch struts because they would of sold a bunch.
I’ve got around 300 miles now on the springs. On road they are really good a little softer than the factory Sasquatch springs it’s a pretty smooth ride. I had 1.25 perch collars before these springs and I kinda like the firmness they added because it made the bronco feel more sporty to drive on...
They charged me 128$ which I thought was high for just two struts plus they didn’t even do them right. If you take them somewhere make sure you mark the strut for them with the correct orientation of the top hat so you don’t have a problem putting them back on.
The rear struts were super easy...
I only have 1.5 miles on it tops with front and rear installed and I’m running with no sway bar but as of right now I’d say it’s just tiny bit softer. I’ll get a alignment next week to be sure everything is in check but it doesn’t drive weird or anything all quiet.
I have manual disconnects...
Sorry I’d didn’t any get before measurements but after is 39 7/8" Front and 40 7/8” Rear from the ground to the bottom of fender center of the wheel. Not too bad really I’ll give more of a review next Monday after I get some miles on them and a already planned wheeling trip at Red River Gorge...
Give me a few more days to make a better assessment I might of jumped the gun on my first impressions. I also don’t have my sway bar hooked back up yet. I just got home from a grocery store run and from the moment I left the driveway that clunk is now gone and I can’t replicate it even hitting...
I’d didn’t get any before measurements wish I did but still would be underwhelmed I bet. You can see in the pics it’s just barely nose high.
This pic is before I added the eibach springs with 1.25 inch collars. I’m thinking I got around 1.5” of lift with the eibach springs maybe 1.75.
Got just the front done today and it’s just barely higher than the rear very disappointing really. Also have some kinda clunk going on when I hit bumps on the passenger side I was going to try and figure out what this clunk is but now I’m just going to put the stock springs and my 1.25” collars...
This week. I tried to fit one today but my spring compressor wasn’t up to it and spun on me. Had to drop it off at a local Jeep shop hopefully they get to it today. Plan on bringing the rest to them over next few days if they don’t have a issue putting it on.
You will need a shop to install...
Your Cv is probably fine you haven't got it apart enough yet to mess it up. Make sure you put a nut back on that upper ball joint and thread it few times, then wack it 3 times with a big f-ing hammer it will pop loose do the same with the tie rod but don't need a nut on. When you go to push...
There’s two kits in this thread one is coils only for use with factory Sasquatch struts and the other is the eibach coilovers. If you want 3” of lift you need the coilovers they advertise 2” to 4” of lift. They advertise just 2.3” lift with the coils only.
Its adding a taller spring thats all. I have no idea how it's going to ride compared to the stock coils yet but i'm guessing pretty good because eibach coils are good quality. And these coils are not adding any preload like perch collars do hopefully it feels like riding on a cloud of titties...
