Yea depending on what material formula and hardness they are using, lube is your best friend. Id almost drill and tap for grease fittings if I had that going on. I can't stand squeaks and rattles.
Conveniently, the camburg arms come with fittings for that purpose.
Yea that might be it. I also have a manual. And the m190 diff is an aluminum housing instead of the m220 iron. Either way, as long as you're happy with them, that's all that matters. I can tell you first hand, eibach has their stuff dialed. It's not how people thing when they think a bouncy...
What material are the bushings? I thought icon is using delrin or some other poly material.
Also, eibach is using my factory arms for modeling and may be releasing their own arms soon
Did you also do upper arms? There shouldn't be any squeaks unless you went to a urethane bushing in an upper arm. If you did, you just need to live then and it'll go away. I used to get squeaks all the time with some of my past vehicles with urethane bushings. Most have gone to delrin (or some...
Did you get one of the stage 2 setups or the eibach sasquatch replacement spring sets? Being a badlands, you have the bilsteins right?
ETA: nevermind, if you had the spring kit you couldn't change the height.
What bumper and winch do you have? I have a Relentless Fab bumper and warn Evo 10s. Mine doesn't have any sag. It's pretty soft and dives around a bit when braking, but it is set up perfect for my old back when I'm driving in harsh conditions like offfroading or commuting on the shit California...
Yea my bar crosses right in front of the cover. It was only an issue tightening the bolts at the 9 o'clock position for me. But otherwise I could have worked around it.
Did you get a longer panhard bar or a different mount? That's a pretty tall lift to have it keep the axle centered
For me it's maintenance for the future. My last trip offroading had a bunch of door deep water crossings. I like to change differential fluids after a trip like that with a bunch of water crossings. I also plan on doing trans a t-case soon as well. To me, it's much easier/cheaper to put in a...
It's an easy install, I did remove the passenger side panhard bar fastener to easily access the cover for the swap.
Two notes:
First, that I wanted to make everyone aware of, was that the clamps used to secure the brake hard line to the housing will not work with the ARB cover. In the other...
I'd always done it the shitty old way of separating the upper arm and spindle. Why the hell didn't I think of just taking the lower arm off like that lol revelation
I'm in the same boat, ordered fox 2.5s in october 21 right after i picked up my bronco. I ended up ordering a set of radflos. Then, while I was waiting for the radflos to be built, my Bronco ended up testing for eibach. Radflo are still probably the quickest right now at like 4 months lead time...
Make sure to control/support the spindle. It seems almost weekly people post on the FB groups that they broke a CV when installing a lift because the spindle tipped down and caused permanent damage to ithe axle/cv assembly.
Other than that, start on the lowest ride setting for ease of install...
