Hmm I was going to offer to buy your setup if you wanted to take the rock jock leap but now I feel I would be best suited to go with the rock jock setup as well. More front flex, nothing to remove, adjustable and a solid reputation means it's not going anywhere either.
I like their 2 piece hammer/shovel combo. I always love browsing this stuff and then realize my short $30 husky shovels handled everything I've thrown at it so far. π

That longer hitch really is the way to go, looks good! How do you like that style carrier? I have been working on adding the bike binderz onto my current rack setup. It secures the bike similarly.
