if you cancel the raptor order, it will help the dealer more.. depending on what they are trying to sell it to you as... they will definitely go crazy markup/ADM if someone other than the person that ordered it buys it..
i keep looking at 392 as well.. Keep thinking about calling them up and see what the pricing would be like and wait.. Its a chunk more $$$, but it would be fun in hand. I also wouldn't be sitting around like sorry piece of crap waiting for someone to give me the time of day..
dealer sucks...
take the sas, lux and mic off and we may build you this year... can't give you a time frame, but we promise to try hard (suuurreee...)
don't take it off and you still may get built this year...
so take it off, dont take it off and you may or may not get a build date either way.
really Ford?
I read a few posts where the brackets were too narrow on the Bronco, but they took them off and increased the width to match the Roadmaster adapters themselves or at a machine shop for less than $50. If you install the LOD brackets, you need to take them off anyway. Should be pretty easy for a...
3500lb towing capacity
2100lb trailer
1400lb capacity left for weight on the trailer.
There was a pic a week ago or so that showed a bent frame the hitch connects to after a hard stop.
I like the black as well but several people have mentioned the threads getting messed up, strippin screws and the screws being threaded wrong from the factory. Seems beauty rings/bead locks are an area not to mess with.
Sounds like an expensive mechanic mistake. No oil under the car or on chassis under it makes me believe oil refill went right through without a plug to hold it or just never put the plug/oil back in.
How many miles since the oil change?
Full price being MSRP+tax +tag fees n such.
You could say I'll finance for 3 months (believe that's the time frame for dealer kickback) for some free Ford stuff or $ off purchase as long as the finance costs are less than what you get in return. Then just pay off after that 3 months.
If you know what the issue is (bad speaker), save the gas and time. Buy a new pair for the rear and do it yourself. Service will never do as good a job as you for something which is relatively easy. Number of posts here and youtube on how to replace those speakers.
Its in the favor of the dealer currently if you back out as they can add ADM and sell it to someone else with a higher profit margin. As a result there isn't much haggling, if any, for anything. If they let you pay the full amount without any trouble, go with it.
I read on another forum about users purchasing a lifetime warranty alternator and just having it swapped when it goes bad. Just a thought for those not covered under warranty. They also mentioned washing out with clean water and sometimes it comes back but the grime causes shorter lifetime of...
If you know it's coming, it's what you want and same price, wait for the 23. There's always small changes you don't see (wiring, modules, programming) and hopefully it's for the better. A 23 should retain higher resale long term as well.
interesting.. guess you just need to try it out on a road. hit the button to turn 1 pedal on and to turn on trail control just hit set+ or set- to start cruise. see what happens...
Good article on it, says 1 pedal is only on the 2.7;
