Becuase in hot area's all black interior especially the seats means they will be very warm when been in the sun so thats the reason to offer two tone interior especially the seats.

Thats okay but in hot areas all black means everything will be hot.So offering a grey and black interior is a good idea. What ever interior ford offered people will moan any way!.

On my car(ultimate green mk 2 fs RS) my seats have blue stitching down the side of the sport seats and some on the door panels where there some fake leather and I think it actually lifts the interior as it black and grey and to be honest I don't notice the blue stich that much on the seats.

100 percent true this type of testing is going to sound a lot worse then it is .

I doubt they are to worried about it as these are just test mules as long as the mechanics hold up thats all that maters to them.

I am pretty sure these can be disconnected from the side if you want to as they look like push fit type connecters Just means you need to store them somewhere or you just leave them attached like in the picture.

I would say by the picture and the shape of the connector(push fit type my guess) they disconnect from the side panel so you can remve altogether if you want.

Yes that what they are.My guess by the picture is that you can disconnect from the side panel as well if someone was bothered about them like that while top is removed.

I am sure you can swap them as I thought there are options of different colours on certain models so in theory you can see if someone wanted to swap or buy them through the parts department if possible?.

Bestop is makeing the soft top!

It does not look any worse then other soft tops that are not hidden.The lenght makes it impossible to do it anyother way.

Thats weird I have never had a rear wiper on my fords( I have a RS Mk 2)scratch the rear window neither have my parents.I have seen it happen when the wiper is worn out and not replaced.

To much snow on any soft top does not do them any good but all is needed is a brush just to push the worst of it off.

As he said "loud" is a very subjective thing.My guess would be while i If its made of quilty cloth and design well then it shouldbe no problem it does look like it.Of course it depends on the amount snow left on the roof over time.

It will look the same as other convertibles where the roof can not be hidden when folded down.
