    Yes all Chains strech over time the most important is check the chain occasionally for slackness once the chain starts getting slack replace it and the tenisor idler sprocket(OEM timeing chain kits are the best as they come everthing that needs to replaced to ensure reliability).

    I am pretty sure they are turn signals as the puddle lights on my mirrors are underneath the mirror with the turn signals on the side.

    Always have something below the bolts to catch them as it saves the hassle as I 've lost bolts in gaps or a magnet socket tool.
