If you can fit in a escape I am pretty sure you will fit in a bronco.The roof sit on top of the roll cage and as the roof is shaped inwards on the inside of the mouldings then that gives more room.

if the main body is insulated well enough around the main area's then it will not make any difference as most noise comes from tyres so no insulation in the top is not going to make much difference.
I also do think the MIC grey looks really good with the Carbonized Grey. looks good on the cyber orange.Not totally sure the white top looks good with the red.
The ford ranger might look a bit boreing but for me it still a good looking truck.That front on the ZR2 is simply looks a bit of a mess with that huge grill I don't understand why most manufactures seem to want to copy Japanese designs with these huge front grills.
That is for transporting purposes basically it stop it from getting caughtt up when loading/unloading and not whipping around while traveling as this looks like a very flexible ariel
It does say at the bottom of the list vist accerissors ford and performance parts ford sites for full list so that is probably where all the bits are listed.This list is probably to do more with the SEMA event show caseing bits for that more then anything else.
To me all it looks like that either the fixing latching points to release the top has been tighten down enough or the moulding of top is a bit rough on the inner edge causeing not quite been aligned probley with the middle section the joining seals look thick and chunky so any slight desprency...
To me its probably the installer found the coating on the Torx screw was a bit thick and had to force the Torx bit in removeing the coating or the coating was a bit thin on that Torx bolt as these are just show Broncos I doubt they were to bothered about swaping out this one for a new one.
